When does Wade get canned?

Wade isn't getting fired during the season. In fact, if Wade couldn't get fired after that laydown in Philly two years ago, I am not sure what gets him gone.

I think what you will see this next week, is that Jerry will be much more involved in the coaching meetings. :laugh2:

Just the other day he was saying Felix wasn't worth a 1st rounder.

Sturm needs to stick to crunching numbers.

Anything outside of that area, he seems to offer very little.

Where exactly is Sturm wrong on this one? I think he's pretty spot-on here, like it or not.

I keep refreshing the page, hoping to see that Wade has been fired.

 I dont think you are alone, the hit count on this site is going through the roof.

Kind of like a little kid on a long trip only instead of "Are we there yet?", it is "Is Wade gone yet?".

Felix is two-tenths of a second in the 40 away from being every bit the player Chris Johnson is. Too bad Jason Garrett gets the runs every time we run the ball more than 40% of the time.

Agreed.

My hope is Jerry will go on a weeklong drinking binge and forget he owns the Cowboys.

I'm about as big a homer as possible, but I just don't see a scenario where all of the sudden, we're going to stop being dumb and start winning games on a consistent enough basis to get this thing into the playoffs.

I just can't see it.

You are not a homer. You are being realistic. Homers are still thinking the Cowboys will be the first team to play a super bowl at home. How they still think this is unbelievable!!

Unless it's a double firing, Jerruh included, it's not going to make any difference who coaches.

I've supported Wade at every turn for years, but it's very obvious that he's completely lost control of the team. The penalties and mental gaffes are at an all time high and are costing us games on a weekly basis.

Taking that into consideration, when do you think Jerry finally fires Wade?
And who you you want to be the new HC (not interim but the eventual new HC)?
Finally, all hoping aside, who do you actually think will be the new HC?

I said it in another thread. I would can Wade now and call Dan Reeves.

If he is looking for another puppet, I would like to throw my name into the hat. I can suck as bad as Wade, Campo and Gailey.

I agree with Reeves but I'd keep Wade as the DC

I love Wade as a defensive coordinator, but I would rather avoid the awkwardness of keeping a fired HC on your staff.

Also, I would rather just wipe the slate clean from the last regime. Just my opinion.

He is already on board, it's Garrett. I'm not kidding. Jerry is clueless.

I am talking about for the rest of the season.

I got to see all the non sense that occurred when Wade coached the Buffalo Bills first hand. No discipline, ho hum golly gee press conferences, angered when pressed by the media on certain issues that reoccurred, reluctance to fire a coach after an absolute disaster of a game (special team home run throw back). When I heard his name on the list of "finalists" for the Dallas HC job I wanted to right a letter to Jerry telling him not to do it. I absolutely couldn't believe he was considered. Like in all jobs I guess people can blow you away with a sales job during the interview and then be nothing you expected on the job.

When Wade came in and they went 13-3 the 1st year I thought, maybe he's good enough because he's got better talent here. Well I got duped. It's the same thing as in the B-Lo, just bigger pay checks for the players and a better looking stadium to lose in.

With the core of players on both sides of the ball it feels like a giant window of opportunity wasted.

I'm not trying to say "I told you so" I just never ever wanted the guy.
