People say who is going to run Wade's defense if he is fired during the season. After seeing Wade's defense give up 34 points to Vince Young its hard to imagine anyone doing much worse. He assumed they were going to come out running and was completed unprepared when the opposite happened.

That is the biggest issue with him. Its not about being a disciplinarian its about being a task master. The best coaches in the NFL are prepared for every and any scenerio and so are there players. Wade and this team is constantly caught off guard and unprepared.

Look at Shanahan, Bellichik, Dungy, BP, Landy and countless other great coaches and the common theme isnt wether they are player friendly or disciplinary type coaches it is more about their ability to prepare their teams to execute.

I can't see it. If Wade is canned, the season is over. Yeah, the season is basically over anyway, but you're waving the white flag at that point and I'm not sure Jerry really believes we can't turn this thing around.

The only way you could probably do it is if you had another coach on staff to bring up. Garrett is not the answer. He is part of the problem, not the answer. I like Ray Sherman. I think the team could respond and rally around him. Players love him and play for him. I think Wade has lost the team and Jerry has lost the fan base.

Well, "this thing" is not going to get turned around is the status quo remains. That's for sure. I think the season is over regardless. This team isn't mentally strong enough to string together a BUNCH of wins and that's what it would take. We're coming up on the toughest part of our schedule and we're 1-3 with an 0-2 home record. Turning it around and going to the playoffs is a pipe dream at this point. It's bad enough that we lost again, but every other NFC East team won. Just ridiculous.

I don't think Wade ever had control over this team since Jerry makes it clear he's the top dog, and his pet Garrett (although he called a good game today) is untouchable.

The secret to success in Dallas is a HANDS OFF APPROACH AND TO ALLOW THE COACH TO COACH HIS PLAYERS AND HIS COACHES.

It's funny cause Jerry says he tried it the fans way for 4 years with Parcells now he's going back to his way. Well, it's like trying to race with an OLD CAMARO, it's fast, but it's still old.

And to be honest, did he really take his paws off of Parcells' team? NO. Remember he went and got a few free agents that you could clearly see Parcells' didn't want. That's not keeping your paws off, so Parcells' quietly quit, cause in his eyes, Jerry broke the deal. (these are my opinions BTW)

Hire a young Parcells, take your paws off of him and allow him to hire his own personell and have a HUGE SAY IN DRAFT PICKS AND FREE AGENTS. Then allow him to discipline his players the way he wants to, and fire players if he has to with your blessings.

Then he can give you all the credit and call you the top dog so you'll feel all warm and cozy inside, isn't that what you want Jerry? It's not enough that you have all the money in the world and everything you've ever wanted, but you also want to feel like you won a Super Bowl all by yourself?
