sure you can if you ignore that most of that 29% saying 11-15 is simply wrong.

top 5 is being homerish IMO. And you saying that most of that 29% saying 11-15 is simply wrong without providing some sort of graph of all instead of things you pick and choose, is just fitting things to go along with your narrative.
I mean this article for example that says that dak is a top 10 QB:
https://www.bloggingtheboys.com/202...10-quarterback-heading-into-2020-season-wentz by NFL exutives and coaches, says the following:
"Prescott checks a lot of boxes. He averages 10 wins per season, he’s never missed a game, he pushed for 5,000 yards last season and, as one NFL coordinator said after a recent film study, he has elite footwork in the pocket.
All this was enough to earn Prescott a few top-five votes, but he was mostly in the 7-to-12 range, with evaluators citing inconsistent ball placement as a core issue."
So it says that there were a few NFL executives and coaches that think that Dak is a top 5 QB but the majority of them ranked Dak 7 to 12. That fall closer into the range that I said that was reasonable. It's my opinion, but I can take guys a lot more serious that say that Dak is 6-10 or 11-15, and see valid arguments for those numbers, versus guys who say he is 1-5, which makes me think they probably are a Homer or guys saying he is 16-20 or 21 or lower, which makes me think they either under value him, or are in the hater catagory. I mean you can have your own opinion but the fact remains that the majority of the board falls into the 6-15 range and I personally find that quite reasonable.
