Not a chance in hell there are 14 rbs better than him

He ISN'T a top15 back, but that's beside the point.

You DO realize that proclaiming someone a Top15 RB doesn't meant he's saying that pollard is THE #15 rb, right?

Like...even if you thought pollard was the #1 back in the league, he would still be a Top 15 back. He'd also be a Top 45 back...AND a top 183 back.

If ur ranking them as far as how they would perform as the full time #1 THE GUY running back.....then prolly around 30 to 40.

If you mean a guy that can co.e in when THE GUY goes down and fill in for a spell....then Top 20ish

I’m glad SF traded for Mcaff. Had they not he would be amazing in that scheme

Lamar Jackson is the best RB in the league. No question.

After him there's a tier that includes Nick Chubb, Derrick Henry, maybe Jonathan Taylor, Dalvin Cook and Saquon Barkley.

Pollard is in the next tier.

No he isn't. If he had to play RB he be about what Pollard is. A very explosive player that can't handle the Load

Pollard is an explosive player and I'm glad he 's on our team but his role is what is

If the Cowboys ran their team like a organization that actually gave their best players opportunity and not just the guy with the highest contract where do you think Pollard would be among the NFLs elite?

He’s far and away the best back on the team and if given the opportunity where does he rank among the top tier guys?
Zeke is better

Lol @ Zeke doing anything special.

Every thing that makes Zeke better is some BS that can’t be measured that fans make up.

Realistically carrying the load is about 15 touches a game. Pollard can do that.

Zeke and Pollard probably are the best running back combo in the NFL. Let’s leave it at that. I think with defense and the improvement of our offensive line our running attack could win playoff games.

It's not Chubb and Hunt destroy mainly due to Zeke's incompetence.

Watch Sounds from the Sideline. After his long touchdown run, Pollard talks on the sideline about his legs being so tired he was barely able to outrun the defenders to the end zone. Dallas doesn't need to take away the number of carries he got in that game, he's a home run threat that needs to be on the field. Having Zeke on the field taking care of the pass blocking responsibilities, running outlet routes and hammering between the tackles keeps Pollard from having tired legs.

Fun stat: Tony Pollard leads the NFL in yards after contact per attempt. Its not really close either. I think the fanbase underestimates how good he is at running through arm tackles.

Fun stat 2: If Tony Pollard got 15 attempts per game every game, he would be 1 shy of 5th in the NFL in rushing attempts. The time of "bell cow" type runners is over. Virtually every team platoons their running backs. Dallas using 2 or Pollard getting a break is the norm, not the exception.

Its funny but when you look league wide what we are realistically looking for is for Zeke to give Pollard about THREE rushing attempts per game. Its not really some massive disparity. Zeke getting about 12 and Pollard 15 would be just fine.

Thank you.

All this “bell cow” nonsense if from an era long gone.

You know how many carries Zeke the “bell cow” is averaging this season?

15.5 per game.
