Where is Dez?

Dez needs a better route tree to run, fades and straight up field is all he gets, or at least that's what I see when the ball goes to him

1st and 10 Dez is in single coverage and we do not throw him the ball. When we toss it to Dez it's in an obvious passing situation and a safety is on top of him. We need to do better in getting Dez the ball.

Dez's better days are gone and. He isn't a top 10 wr and might not even cracked the top 20 at this point. Yeah, his fans will defend him but he hasn't been relevant for a long time

Giants took Dez out of the game. Gave Dak Witten and Beasley singled but kept a safety over Dez. Dak looked, saw the coverage and looked underneath.

Dak was executing as a bus driver. He played about as well as anyone could reasonably hope he would.

Game planning makes a Yyyuge difference. They stopped the run and took away the deep ball. Make the rookie drive 15 plays to score and wait for him to make a mistake. He didn't, but he never broke through either.

Romo will throw into double coverage when he and Dez are clicking. Dak won't, and shouldn't.

Morris should be our starting running back until Elliot gets used to game speed.

Dez is a nightmare for defenses with the ball in his hands.
Our offense has done nothing to move him around and get him out of double coverage on 1 side of the field. Notice Beckam doesn't just sit in 1 position on the same side of the field and get doubled every play...
This is on the coaches to get him the ball. If they are going to let him sit and be game planned out of the game by defenses then they better get a real threat on the other side other than Dez and Cole. Dez is why Witten, Cole, and T Will face single coverage. And these guys just are possession players who just can't force defenses to pay.

Either move Dez around or get a playmaker to go to that stretches the field.

I don't think Dez is smart enough to run a slant. I think Dez knows 1 or 2 routes and that's it. I don't think he can do anything more than that. If he can he has not shown it on the field.

And even Romo wasn't doing that early in Dez's career. I think Romo had to learn to throw it to him anyway even though he is covered.

Dez has not been a force since he got paid. Sad to say that but it's true. Great receivers don't disappear for whole games and drop TD passes. Dez is not a top five receiver anymore, possibly not even a top 10 since he got his money.

Garrett's offense has lead fans to believe that Dez isn't an elite receiver. How can a guy be productive if you aren't putting him in position to succeed

Dez's presence is the whole reason Witten and Beasley had the entire middle of the field to themselves.

And if you watched Dez at all during the game which I tried to do when able..

I saw Dez in single coverage repeatedly and gets no separation.

He has never been fast and appears to lost another step from 2014.

If we are going to just use him as a decoy..what's the point?

He only taking one guy with him and he is not beating that guy.

DAK needs help and b/w the overhype of the OL and Dez..
