Well whether he stays or goes, we need to draft a WR, and high.I'm assuming his contract keeps him a cowboy for a few more years at which point everyone will be looking forward to him being gone.
Lol! Trade him to New England and see what he does . Top 20? This guy!Dez's better days are gone and. He isn't a top 10 wr and might not even cracked the top 20 at this point. Yeah, his fans will defend him but he hasn't been relevant for a long time
Um that was what was supposed to be his strength. Catch balls wile being covered.Every time they showed Dez run a route the defender was glued to him, he can't get open.
Um that was what was supposed to be his strength. Catch balls wile being covered.
And he fails at that most times. He got paid and left the building. That's his only strength catching contested balls because he seldom gets open.
I don't think Dez is smart enough to run a slant. I think Dez knows 1 or 2 routes and that's it. I don't think he can do anything more than that. If he can he has not shown it on the field.Run him on slants like we used to do with Irvin.
He got paid and left the building.
And even Romo wasn't doing that early in Dez's career. I think Romo had to learn to throw it to him anyway even though he is covered.Giants took Dez out of the game. Gave Dak Witten and Beasley singled but kept a safety over Dez. Dak looked, saw the coverage and looked underneath.
Dak was executing as a bus driver. He played about as well as anyone could reasonably hope he would.
Game planning makes a Yyyuge difference. They stopped the run and took away the deep ball. Make the rookie drive 15 plays to score and wait for him to make a mistake. He didn't, but he never broke through either.
Romo will throw into double coverage when he and Dez are clicking. Dak won't, and shouldn't.
Morris should be our starting running back until Elliot gets used to game speed.
But it's easier to catch if he would get open.Um that was what was supposed to be his strength. Catch balls wile being covered.
Of course it is. But what got him paid was being a possession receiver. Making tough catches. He doesn't do that any more. But it's easier to catch if he would get open.
I think we are saying the same thing.....Garrett's offense has lead fans to believe that Dez isn't an elite receiver. How can a guy be productive if you aren't putting him in position to succeed
Understood.Dez's presence is the whole reason Witten and Beasley had the entire middle of the field to themselves.
Yea I was just adding on to your point, dont take it the wrong wayI think we are saying the same thing.....
