Which Coordinators would you pick?

I don't want any of the Ryan's here, they're trash.

Give me Chryst and Thurman.

OC - Rob Chudzinksi. Has done a good job at O-C before, he's the current San Diego TE coach so he could move up to O-C since it is not a parallel move. Ran an offense similar to Garrett's scheme wise. Smart, tough, no nonsense coach who could actually play in college.

DC - Ron Rivera. Depends on if Norv gets fired or not. If not, maybe Dennis Thurman from the Jets.

YR

After seeing him go through the interviewing process with the Cowboys, I hope it's not Rivera. He's got undesirable character qualities.

Care to share some examples of those undesireble character traits?

I think Im gonna go ahead and pick the coordinators I already know will be coming here before next season, that way when they come I'll look like a genius!....LOL:D

O.C.......Paul Chryst

D.C.......Dom Capers

this staff and a good draft and I'd be one happy camper.

Nailed it on the first response.

im betting garrett, wade wilson, and sherman stay to work the offense.

dennis thurman DC

I could see Wes Phillips -- who Garrett calls his right-hand man -- be promoted to OC since Garrett will largely remain in charge of that side of the ball.

On defense, I see it being Rivera or Thurman.

OC - Ray Sherman, Norv (if fired)
DC - Todd Grantham, Dennis Thurman, Mike Nolan, Leslie Frasier

You are a genius. Air Garrett 2011. :)

OC: Paul Chryst
DC: Al Groh

Groh may not be my choice or your choice but if Jason is named HC it may be something we need to deal with. He was Parcells choce after firing Paul and Belichick's choice after Pees stepped down prior to this season but turned them both down to become the GT coordinator so he must have something left in the tank.

OC: Anyone. Just as long as it's not Garrett
DC: Marvin Lewis (it's time he got fired from Cincy)

Yeah, clearly he's done a horrible job since taking over as HC. The offense has been a disgrace.

I'd love this. Don't know how they can get Capers away from GB though.

If Capers deal is up (as rumored) then he has his choice of where to work.

Funny How we had a shot at Capers years ago but only wanted to give him a consultant opportunity but give Stewart the DC job.

Heck! With the way Wade picked his staff I think Jerry helped him out choosing some assistant coaches.

I can't believe I'm saying that and I feel the HC should always choose his own coaching personnel, but in this specific case it may have added some value.

Actually Capers was going to take the consultant role, he wasnt being offered the DC position.

But Wade said no because basically he didnt want Stewart's feelings hurt, because he'd always be looking over his shoulder. Of course Stewart was relieved of his playcalling duties midseason that yr, and then fired after the season.
