This team has been treading water for 20+ years.

Talk, hype, and speculation won't change that - they've all been tried. Only results on the field, aka the playoffs, will tell us if anything has changed.

Dumping Garrett was a step in the right direction and so was acquiring Quinn as DC, along with this last draft.
Now if they'll just keep building this defense. I agree, the arrows are pointing up.
