Which direction is this franchise headed?

Dumping Garrett was a step in the right direction and so was acquiring Quinn as DC, along with this last draft.
Now if they'll just keep building this defense. I agree, the arrows are pointing up.

I think the team goes where the coach leads. Some of those previous years it looked like nobody in the organization gave a damn. Hope Mike is the exception.

If they are moving away from Lawrence, Elliott, and Jaylon then I would say right direction.

At QB, I would say we will be treading water until Dak elevates his play in the big games.

This is the stone cold truth of the matter. I would add Gregory to the list for sure. Cooper is a close call.

Same owner, GM, "assistant" GM, & McClay, are running the show from a personnel/talent acquisition.
So, the way that the team gets built has been constant since the 2nd half of the Garrett show.

Our only new variable is it's McCarthy's 2nd year and now Quinn for the defense.

I'd like to say it's moving in the right direction but I've been fooled before.

*Cowboys field the worst defense in team history with DT being the biggest weakness on that defense.

We are in the middle of a defensive rebuild but are two years in. Just locked up our franchise QB for another 4 years. Offense is stacked. Moved on from Garrett and we now have a REAL HC. Team is moving in the right direction.

It'll be the same until new ownership or the Jones family puts their ego aside and stop surrounding themselves with yes men. They currently hire coaches that will never challenge their decisions and are more then happy to just take a pay check from Jerry, because they also know they will have a longer leash then most coaches because Jerry hates to admit he was wrong about anybody (Garrett).

I see nothing changing. The random years we do have success never last because we have a FO and coaches that have no idea how to make it last. We'll have a flash in the pan year every now and then, maybe even win a playoff games, but sustained success won't happen. Everything good that happens is in spite of all the bad around it.

We are all following the lead of an absolute drunken clown show. I just don't see how anyone can ever be positive about this franchise ever again. Even when drunk clown senior departs he has drunk clown junior ready and waiting. By then 50% of the front office will have the last name Jones. The state of the franchise is beyond pathetic.
