It's not even close for me the Giants loss in 07 was far more painful than Sundays loss to Green Bay. The Cowboys were the #1 seed in 07 and were favored to reach the SB heading into the playoffs and didn't even make it past the first round. The Cowboys had home-field throughout the playoffs and lost to a Giants team they swept during the regular season. It's still painful thinking back to that season especially with a Giants team the Cowboys manhandled during the regular season go onto win the SB. The 2014 season came out of left field practically no one was picking the Cowboys to even make the playoffs. Most didn't think they would win more than 5 to 8 games while others were picking them to be the worse team in the league.

This season far exceeded everyone's expectations with the Cowboys going 12-4 and not only winning their division but winning a playoff game. They went up to Lambeau an underdog and gave the Packers all they could handle. Although the loss was disappointing I don't feel nearly as deflated as I normally do after a playoff loss because the Cowboys were so much better than what was expected this season. With a rough offseason that saw back surgery for Romo, some key departures on defense including the teams best pass rusher and a season ending injury to arguably the Cowboys best defensive player Sean Lee plus a winless preseason it appeared it would be a real long 2014 season but it ended up being one of the most enjoyable seasons in a long time.

Gb. Loss and it's not even close. We were the better overall team. Just terrible.

The 07 team I seen their demise late in the season. Romo started playing shaky late and coming into the playoffs I just knew we would lose. Besides this year we could of won the sb.

In 07 we would of lost anyways.. the pats were a much better team that year too.

This one hurts more that 2007. Mistakes were made, yes, but that Romo pass & Dez catch was a thing of beauty that was surely going to set them up to snatch the lead back from the Packers until it was ripped out from under them by the officials. Maybe the defense would've allowed Rodgers to march back down, but we'll never know.

Also this team seemed more "united" than in 2007, does that make sense?

They also lost this one on my birthday. Boo.

This year it's worse IMO. I didn't see us beating NE or GB in 2007.

I think we would have been a good match-up against Seattle and New England/Colts if we could've gotten by the Packers. Oh well. There is also more urgency now seeing how the 2011-2013 seasons ended.

Not a fair question with Lambeau so fresh on the mind. I'm sure the 2007 Giants game hurt as bad but this Lambeau loss is just devastating with the way it happened.

This one hurts more than Jackie Smith's dropped TD in SB 13, "The catch" and the non PI call in the '94 NFC CG. Way more. It wasn't a play that was made or wasn't made, or a non-call. It was a spectacular, high pressure clutch catch taken away from a guy playing his heart out in freezing temps, beaten and battered, by a guy sitting in a nice warm booth looking at a TV screen probably wearing khakis and loafers and drinking a Diet Coke. I can only imagine how Dez felt.

This one is fresher but that 2007 should have been a another trophy in the case!!

The game Sunday was by far the worst loss I've ever been associated with. Like most Cowboys fans, losses have affected me in the past, but this is the first time I ever just got really mad. All of the reasons have already been hashed over, but I'm still mad at the NFL for not having its officiating house in order and allowing things like this to happen.

This one hands down. I think this team could beat anyone, anywhere and had proven that. This team had a legitimate shot and I honestly believed (not hoped) this was the year it was happening.
