Which offensive line would you prefer - 2007 or 2014?

2007 = Flozell Adams + Kyle Kosier + Andre Gurode + Leonard Davis + Marc Colombo

2014 = Tyron Smith + Mackenzie Bernadeau + Travis Frederick + Zack Martin + Doug Free

I think I'd still choose the 2007 line, but the 2014 line isn't far behind in quality.

And Leary should be there in place of Mack. He's actually an underhyped, potential blue chipper. He's Leonard Davis except with more ability to bend so the league won't catch up to him in a debilitating way

2014 and it's not even close imo. This o line is on the rise where as in 2007 they were on the decline. They peeked that year and only have gotten better this year talent wise.

For the future I'd take 2014 (IE I think this years line will be good in 2017, whereas 2007's was a disaster in 2010)

I'd be happy to get 2007's performance from this years group though.

2014. The 2007 line, while good, ultimately failed and went into a sharp decline. The 2014 line is young, talented, and their story has yet to be written.

Romo made 2007 look better than it actually was. Go look at 2006 highlights. 2006 line was 2007 line minus Davis and they didn't look as good with Bledsoe at QB.

Leary I like ok but he's noway Leonard Davis, no way. Leonard Davis is a monster of a guard. too bad he just got to old.

2014, no doubt about it. Every player younger and brighter future at this point in time over any of the 2007 OL at their point in time.

2014, particularly if you put Leary at LG instead of Bernie.

Much more youth, better technique from player-to-player, far better center in Frederick, much more versatility and I believe less penalties.

Mostly depends on Free though. Romo plays his best when the RT play is locked down nicely. When the RT play is shaky, he struggles.
