Which team would pick Schotty?

I find it a head scratcher Shotty got the HC gig a year ago and still feel that way now.

Let me put a scenario to you all (a strange one I admit, but hear me out).

If all 32 teams had to release their HC and hire a new HC (but couldn't rehire their current HC), which of the 31 teams would take Shotty? I will go further, how many would even bother interviewing him?

why does a business worth billions scrape the barrel when there's zero cap impact......am I just not getting something others see?

Stop making excuses for the coaches. They need to do a much better job. These Cowboys release players, then you see those players perform way much better, become starters and some even All Pros or Pro Bowlers for other teams. What does that tell you? It means these Cowboys coaches are not doing their job as good as other teams' coaches. Period.

Did any head coach ever leave the cowboys and did well ? None . Not even jimmy. McCarthy will not do well at Pitt.
Schotty shows all signs of a glorified trainer with a famous dad and likewble character. From seeing Hard Knocks. you don’t get a feeling the players respect him or fear him. A country club atmosphere. The only way the cowboys win with Schotty is by Jerry spending big on elite talent.
