roy like felix was suffering badly from cramping.

he had to go in and get an iv in the locker room at the end of the third quarter.

I like it is nuts to call spencer or roy busts.

That's because Mr. super-ego, Jerry Jones, thinks more about the p.r. value of having the roof open in his new palace than he does about the welfare of his players. When it is so hot and humid and you are playing in a domed stadium with a retractable roof....you close the doors and blast the a.c! Plenty of opportunity when it cools down to have the roof open.

I hope you're still here at the end of the year to say I told you so because you picked a helluva convenient time to say you're right about something.

I was here after his good week 1 game. He wont get over 1000 yards this year. I know that much

We dont need a number one posession reciever, we need a number one game breaking type receiver. Other teams do not fear any of Dallas receviers. Thereby shrinking the field for opposing defenses and not creating appropriate spacing for the offense. Spencer has been a monumental disapointment. For a guy who is unblockable during practice, he is very blockable during games. A number one pass rusher needs to more than play the run.

Spencer has not had enough playing time, flat out.

As for RW, many knowledgeable peeps, have long believed RW was average at best. Nothing groundbreaking. Just the reality for the past 4-5 games. But then again, he still needs another year of this type of performance to be called a bust. Still too early, though I think your instincts are correct.:(

We don't need a "game-breaking" wr, we need "game-breaking" play calling and even better execution. Felix running for 50+ yds is "game-breaking". Patrick Crayton scoring a 80yd TD is "game-breaking". Running a play action pass deep on 1st down to Hurd with a safety overtop is not "game-breaking" play calling. Not that Romo is a robot out there and did exactly as he was told, but still, why call that play when we have the lead, and they couldn't stop my grandma from picking up 5+ yds per carry.

The steelers have won two super bowls without TO, so apparently it can be done.

Umm, where exactly is Texas Stadium located??? It's not like we've been playing in Wisconsin forever and finally decided to move the Dallas Cowboys to Texas. Roy Williams played at Texas, and Felix played at Arkansas, don't act like the humidity of the stadium was something new to them and they had to suffer through it because of Jerry. They just weren't properly hydrated.

It's week friggin 2!

My sentiments exactly! This crap is getting very old. But hey, let the masses continue to jump off the nearest bridge. More room for the rest of us who want to see the season unfold rather than thinking it's over before it even began.

Santonio Holmes is way better than Roy Williams. Be forreal. You dont need a gamebreaker, you need a good reciever.

And in that game, the Bucs ammassed a whopping 2 touchdowns through the air, one of which was a garbage-time touchdown.

If over 4 quarters of football our guys only give up 2 touchdowns and one of those comes when the game is well in hand and we're up by 17+, I'm not complaining too much. Especially not in Week 1. Especially not when that game in Week 1 results in a W.

Had the Buc's receivers not dropped 2 or 3 key passes in which they would've had acreage to run, that game would've had a different outcome. A good team like the Giants took advantage of Dallas' inept secondary to another level. They've already set a trend, they may have a few decent games but they are what they are and they aren't very good at all.

Tony just needs to get Roy the rock. You dont a guy that kind of money and just "go through the progressions".

You get him the rock and let him make plays. Just hit him in stride and dont underthrow him Tony.

Spencer will be fine. He was really close all night Sunday.

TO wouldn't have changed a damn thing.

We were getting awful QB play. Absolutely awful. There is no way you can blame the receivers.

Agreed. In watching a replay of the game I saw quite a few receivers getting open but Tony seemed to have his mind made up to go elsewhere at the snap of the ball.

I think just he thought there was going to be more pass rush than there actually was.

Williams - 4 catches, 104 yards, 26 avg., 1 TD
Owens - 5 catches, 98 yards, 19.6avg., 1 TD

And, I've seen Spencer hit the QB more than Ware so far. And, oh yeah..........................IT'S ONLY 2 FRIGGIN' GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
