1. Lincoln Riley, assuming he hires a proven NFL DC.
2. Urban Meyer
3. Mike Zimmer, if fired in Minnesota.

Under-the-radar choices:
Mike McDaniel, 49ers OC
Matt Campbell, Iowa State HC

Super under-the-radar choice:
Joe Brady, LSU assistant
Dave Canales, Seahawks assistant
*both these guys would be ideal OC candidates

I know Jerry's history is promoting from within and hiring unthreatening coaches but this is a critical period for this franchise. This hiring is extremely important and needs to be an external hire.

Maybe it is time for the first woman head coach? I don't think the nfl is really all that progressive & she doesn't have to coach. She can just clap and spit on the sidelines during the game.

Ideally, but not likely. Sean Payton or Mike Zimmer.

Possibly, but good choices Urban Meyer or Lincon Reilley.

We have Tank, Trysten Hill, overpaid Tyrone Crawford, Dorance Armstrong, and Joe Jackson under contract for next season. Maybe Randy Gregory

Not quite the same as Dee Ford, Nick Bosa, Arik Armstead, DeForest Buckner, and Solomon Thomas.
And there LBs , wow Alexander(beforeIR) Werner are solid

The next coach won't be coming from the college ranks. He will be from within or an established pro coach like Mike McCarthy, or another pro coach.

Honestly I think Jerry calls Mike McCarthy if Lincoln Riley won't take it Urban Meyer can stay right in the booth as far as I'm concerned
