More than likely none of the usual suspects.

If it were a horse race and Carpenter/Crayton were like 4:1 favorites, Ellis 7:1, Romo/Witten 10:1.....I'd bet on the field at 25:1.

Gitty up.

There's probably a bunch of guys talking. They've had no problem talking about all the problems in the lockerroom to the press openly, so many of them probably have privately done the same as well.

The "leaker" if there is one such person, is really no different from Owens going on with Deion Sanders and ripping his coaches, or his subtle digs at Romo after the Commander game.

Its pretty simple. Who is the Benedict Arnold feeding the press?

Werder came out and said that it was somebody on the team so I want to get an idea of who people think it is. Say what you want but the majority of the turmoil lately stems from them.

The people I think can be ruled out are:

Owens
Witten
Romo

As they were the people named.

I also think that you can rule out RW11. He made several comments that went contrary to that.

Anyone else have input? Other team members that contradicted the statements would help deduce who it was.

My guess is Greg Ellis. He seems to like to air his dirty laundry to the press. For all I know though it could be Folk.

You can't rule out Witten...

I think its Witten --> Sexton --> Werder and Carpenter --> Werder...

I agree all of this started with TO's interview immediately after a gutsy hard fought victory in Washington, Not exactly a team building exercise. If I were in that locker room I would have been mad about that interview, heck I was mad about it and I didn't pay with my blood for that victory.

Greg Ellis, he yesterday on audio about T O,

Bobby Carpenter, I heard a media guy mention his name when the talk was said about Jason Witten and how did he get involved in T O thing

Bradie James, he hasnt wised up yet, he is still talking, and ed werder said bradie james sings like a bird.

Maybe Crayton he is always talking.

Finally, just like bradie james, terrance newman, he mentioned a player that was a coward. Now, some of these players arent intentionally talking, but the press keeps hammering at them, and get them stirred up, then they talk without relazing that the let the cat out of the bag

thats the key to this whole mess, even bradie james and T O said it one day, the players have to figure out whom to talk to and not talk too, even most of the players admitted dont talk to ed werder and espn.

But what happened, a week after that, the players are talking to espn again

the players are their own worst enemy. The players dont realize just like jacquee taylor said, that they are loooking at the whole issue wrong. Like bradie james whom got upset about not being elected to the pro bowl llast year.

Bradie pouted for 2 games after that, instead of focusing on football, not pro bowl, or stats, or money, but focus on football totally, unselfishly. If the players focus on football, championships, nothing else. Then the awards will come, the money, the stats, the pro bowl honors.

Look at the way the 91 cowboys that went to the playoff game against the bears and won, the next year more players were honored to the pro bowl in 1992 and 1993, later, more players were lost to free agency due to salary cap money, but those other players got their money too. '

thats the whole dang issue with this team, they think because their dallas cowboys players with the star on their helmet, their entiltled to honors, money, without the hard work, sacrifice, team work. Then, those players forget what and how they got to the 2007 season 13-3. It was due to the hard work, discipline, dedication, blood and sweat that bill parcells instilled in them. The Cowboy players were peaked at endurance, work effort, then good ole wade comes in, lets them not practice hard, work hard, and by end of november their hard bodies from all of those years of hard work underneath bill parcells wore off. Their bodies got soft and flabby, they didnt go in and do their cardivacular work. Even nate newton said, you could tell by the 3rd to 4th quarter in the Cowboys Giants playoff game in Dallas in 2007 season, they ran out of gas.

Why did some of this happen, first good ole wade, didnt have those players bodies toned in december, no hitting in practice or working out in pads at all in deceomber, because the players were griping and complining how hard parcells had worked them. Then Sparano goes off to Miami that weekend to interview for head coaching job, while garrett goes off and interviews for head coaching job for 2 other nfl teams. So, your tough coaches that held the cowboy players accountable were gone that weekend. Along with tony romo going to you know where partying, whiile he should have been in dallas seeing sure that the players were getting ready for that game, studying, looking at film, doing their weight room work, etc. Now, your leader of this team, took that approach.

What does that say to you, to me it says, its no big deal, if we win its fine, if we loose, we will come back next year, thats the attitude of this team, besides like good ole wade said, we did win 13-3 season, and we did win a playoff game, it was the bye week game.

Thats the problem on this team, and has been for 12 years or more. And now instead of players being held accountable, having to tell the fans why they lost, and dont win in december, and have a laid back attitude, the cowboy players always lay an egg in december, then they start talking and pointing fingers at other players but not themselves.

The leak is probably a member of the Coaching Staff.

I really started believing this when it was reported that Wade Phillips asked Jerry Jones to increase fines and Jerry Jones refused.

Regardless, I don't think you can rule any player or coach out and that includes Tony Romo, Jason Witten and Terrell Owens.

Yup, I think we are on the same page.
I'll also mention James as a likely talker.

Everybody needs to get appointments to have Werder's hook, line and sinker removed....

To decide to figure out who the mole is, insinuates a belief that he did have a source...

I ain't buying that the the most dissed guy broke the BIG STORY about the guy that was dissing him. You all believe what you like though.
