Stephan Jones. Werder protects him by saying it was a player. They both benefit from his dad's ship sinking and his eventual take over.
I've said it all along; I'm weary about the "devil" behind door number 2. "Apples" do not consistently enough fall far away from the tree to think they just will when we want them too. They usually fall close by, that's just the way it is. Jerry "Oil Man" Jones' son should not be thought to be the exception if you ask me.
And in the end, who is turning into the biggest scapegoat of all this? Jerry Jones, and the team he built. With stock plummeting in the process.
As far as we know Jerry could have easily told his son already that this was his last hoorah and once it's through he'll pass the team on. But perhaps he's not content on waiting..
I know, something straight out of a soap opera. But where was the most successful soap opera of all time based and what was it's name?
:
This could be a hostile take over. Party #2 no longer willing to wait.
It just feels to me like something bigger is going on behind the scenes than one inconsequential player making some comments to a reporter behind the scenes somewhere. This has "method" written all over it as we see something we love literally being destroyed right before our eyes.
I mean really, think of the grandness of what just happen this last season. Do we really think it was just a few player comments that propelled this? Sorry, but I'm starting to not think that. The players are starting to behave like pawns, just as clueless to what just happen as the rest of us.
