Elvin Bethea was considered one of the best DT of the 70's and he never sniffed eitehr
BUT according to you he is a bum
truly the worst post of the year is yours
I never called Witten a bum.

I said he was a little above average at best.

And that's not a bad thing either.

He was just waaayyyyy overrated.

Without a doubt Jason Witten.

That guy was a little above average at best. His last 3 or 4 years were terrible as he somehow slowed down.

Stats were always padded by garbage time.
Other than the brain dead timing of Wit and Romo's trip to Cabo, I always liked Witten. But I always thought Jay Novacek was a much better TE and a bigger threat.

Good answer. I like Witten. One of the best Cowboys to come through. But he was overrated for sure. Overrated doesn’t mean bad….just overrated lol.
