They said he was Troy or Roger for years! He dont have that dawg in him. If he did we wouldnt be 2-5 in the plsyoffs with him. Win at ALL COSTS! He should have mimicked MCNAIR and told Garrett to step back when he was here. Instead they tried putting a square peg in a round hole, he is at his ceiling. Beat average and bad teams. Lost agsinst good teams. EVERY YEAR!
Funny I thought it was the Dallas Cowboys who are 2-5 in the playoffs since Dak got here.

Wasn't aware that when they lose a postseason game he's the only player responsible for all of it.

And who the heck would ever compare Dak to Troy or Roger? Dak doesn't have to be a Hall of Fame quarterback to win a title here, he just needs the right team and right coaching around him. All of you so eager to see Dak gone should spend the season watching 2000-2005 Cowboys quarterback highlights. Oh those good old days of Anthony Wright, Quincy Carter, Clint Stoerner, Ryan Leaf, Chad Hutchinson, Vinny Testaverde, Drew Henson, and Drew Bledsoe.

Some fans won't realize what they have until it's gone. If you're tired of losing in the playoffs with Dak, I guess the solution is get rid of Dak and then not even make the playoffs to begin with.

Without a doubt Jason Witten.

That guy was a little above average at best. His last 3 or 4 years were terrible as he somehow slowed down.

Stats were always padded by garbage time.
Bahhahahhahahhahaha he is arguably one of the best all around TE ever.

How can Dak be people’s answer when his whole career here has been mired with controversy and naysayers? He’s been without criticism, in your minds? Are you ok?

That applies to Romo as well.

I guess that’s recency bias. I would think it would be one of the other thousands of players in Cowboys history.

Sorry but for me, its Dak. Is he a good QB? Yes. But he has always had accuracy issues and still holds the ball too long.

Romo was better and Romo was no where near Aikman or Staubach (who both played in different run-first era's)

every thread about "overrated" and underrated" has half of the posts in it debating the definitions of the word itself

I was shocked as all get out when I discovered people don't even understand what it means. I mean, have people never had sports discussions before? It's a common topic.

Although I was never a huge fan of his and always rode the fence in the arguments back at DC.com, after 8 seasons of Dak ball I need to say this - I think Romo gave the team a better chance to win than Dak. Both of them sucked in the postseason, but I admit I felt more confidence with Romo than I have with Dak.
Same. Not saying Tony was better, but there were very few occasions when I believed the game was over with Romo under center. Dude was a magician with his back against the wall. I can't say the same about Dak.
