While I love Ben as a play caller I don’t know enough him as a leader to judge him yet. I picked Deion. He’s the only one that can stand up to Jerry. And he’s cool dude that would bring more young fans back to our team.
 
I don't really like any of the candidates available now. This team has turned into such a joke. Just when you think we can't get any more dysfunctional you have this new HC situation. It breaks my heart to watch this and know there is nothing that is going to change any time soon and might get worse once JJ passes away.

I think Prime at this point, even though he isn't coming here. Could gain the respect of the players day one and relate to them as well. Good mentor. Motivated. And surprisingly, a disciplinarian from what I have seen and read.

i think he embodies the qualities we need...and maybe lack...

•disciplined
i think he would connect with the locker room and maybe ignite those guys.
he'd be a home-run.

Bill Belichick, because he's the only one who could make Jerry change back to Parcells mode.

It's not perfect because I think he's probably washed and needs to be kept away from personnel but with this owner you have to play the hand your dealt. If he were to hire Belichick he would have to make concessions. He won't do that with anyone on this list.

Yeah but by the time BB gets the roster fixed he would be ready to quit, and 85 year old Jerry would be in full “I’ll take it from here” mode.

Didn’t take him long to destroy the rosters both Johnson and Parcells built. Then where are we?

Plus I don’t see how cheapie and cheapie junior pay a 10m buyout when they could have had him without it and passed. I mean…maybe it was them who passed.

I thought hard about adding him, but we haven't been connected to him yet. He'd be my choice. He is really the only one that could possibly make meaningful culture changes
 
I haven't got a clue, but people will complain no matter who they hire.
 
Glenn but will be OK with Saleh
Since we have a vet QB, I want a defensive coach......who can bring in a solid OC. A top-10 defense can win you 7-8 games regardless of who the QB is IMO.
