Who is your choice for head coach

I voted Deion, he’s a proven winner his whole life, he’s driven to succeed and he’s probably the only coach on that list who might get Jerry to change and give the HC a little more leeway!

Not Prime.

I picked Glenn as I think he will be a discipline type coach but can also relate to the players.

I would say Bill B because he would be a discipline coach....however a couple of things scare me with him.
He might get a decent DC to work with but do not trust him to get a good OC.
The other is if he gets a say in drafting. Frankly the pats were not that good of a drafting team. It is one thing to trade down some but he went overboard IMO.

As of right now 85 votes. NONE for Zim.

GROZ.
I do not know about the others.
But I thought there was something said where he was not sure about coming back next season and that was before Mike left.

I think he does not want to take on that again. He has a new lady and I think he does not want to be at the facility even more than he was as a DC.

Of the ones we have a reasonable shot at I think Selah will do ok here. I’d like to have ben johnson but knowing Jerry that’s not option

McVay....Or either of the Lion coaches. OC or the DC....We will probably get Howdy Dowdy...

I pray we get one of the two. I’m leaning Glenn as my favorite but Johnson would be a dream come true as well.

I’ve been a fan since 1994 so I’m not holding my breath. Just would be nice not to feel embarrassed by my team.

I am glad that Detroit lost; for one simple reason. It will tell us how serious Jerry is about doing a thorough search to find the right coach. Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn can come in for face-to-face interviews this week. If Jerry does not at least interview them it will reinforce the fact that Jerry is not the least bit concerned about turning the franchise around.

I would love it if the Cowboys interviewed each on Sunday or Monday at the latest.

No time to screw around as these guys will get hired quickly.

That would be my pick. Sanders is probably second because he's been a head coach and has shown he can be successful at it (not as successful as Witten, though).
Huh? Witten has had more success because he coaches a high school football team? What illegal substance are you smoking?

While there are some good coaches to choose from; Jerry will go with familiarity and comfort; a coach who won’t steal his thunder and who will tolerate his meddling vs their ability to coach and develop players.
Sadly, this eliminates at least 90% of the applicant pool…looking forward to having Frick and Frack aka Moore and Zimmer as our coaches for 2025. We are all eating the cheese Jerry is laying out for us in thinking this new coaching staff will be fresh and innovative; allowing Dak to take his game to the next level after 9 years and 2 surgeries and allow Dallas to exploit their opponents’ weaknesses via schematic advantage.

All I know is we need someone who will coach the hell out of this team. The Commanders just put a clinic on the impact of excellent coaching.

My choice is coaching in Washington and should have been here last year.

Kliff Kingsbury. 2 biggest flexes during 2020 nfl draft, Jerry and Kliff. Swag fits

Start this poll over again. Prime is the ONLY correct answer.

Still wanna see Glenn, Johnson or Selah, in that order. We need change. Won't hold my breath tho. I agree with a previous poster, if Jerry doesnt interview the two Lion's coordinators this week, he isnt serious about the search
