we let all the good coaches get snapped up over the past two years

I haven't got a clue, but people will complain no matter who they hire.
And some people will point out people that will hypothetically complain.

It's the fringe of Virtue Signaling homers that can't wait to see any critique of the team so they can defend it....some love it so much that they get lathered up just waiting for it to happen.

They are literally more focused on other fans than on the subject being discussed.

Perhaps but we can still get Antonio Pierce and Jerod Mayo in for a look-see....I've been told that they are both "players coaches" Yada, Yada, Yada, culture, Yada Yada, "leaders of men"....

I like the top two offensive minds on that list in Moore and Johnson.

Moreso, I want them to stop whinging over sunk costs when they are billionaires. Their policy of holding onto coaches they do not like because contract is maddening.

So many of their policies towards contracts in regards to guaranteed money, negotiating strategies, and boycotting markets severely limits their ability to seize opportunities.

I actually would be interested in seeing how that works. Jerry Jr is in charge of marketing. He is the one doing the deals with Ford and Miller Light. I imagine the strategy of waiting until the last minute, take or leave it works quite well with what the team draws.

A no nonsense defensive HC with a pro’s pro OC is the ideal fix for Dallas’ situation.
So I went Saleh

I vote Deion because of all the hype and coverage of the Cowboys. If they're not going to win make a big spectacle of the Circus and be entertained, at least.

Real football: Give me Aaron Glen or Marcus Freeman.

Who in the world would vote for Moore Dak are you in this sight ‍♂️

Other.

Bill Belichick, because he's the only one who could make Jerry change back to Parcells mode.

It's not perfect because I think he's probably washed and needs to be kept away from personnel but with this owner you have to play the hand your dealt. If he were to hire Belichick he would have to make concessions. He won't do that with anyone on this list.
Yep, Belichick is the only one with the clout to demand any concessions from Jerry.

But it looks completely doubtful that is going to be a possibility. My first choice would be Johnson, but I do think that is also not likely. Aaron Glenn fits the best IMO and is likely to be open to accept having the Jones so involved.

I think Deion would do the same or he wont come
Deion will probably be the CEO-HC and will set the culture but the OC/DC will do the coaching

That would be my pick. Sanders is probably second because he's been a head coach and has shown he can be successful at it (not as successful as Witten, though).

Next would be the coordinators who've not been given a shot at failing as a head coach yet (Glenn, Johnson, Moore). Frazier, Zimmer and Saleh all have tried and failed, so they would not be on my list.

While I love Ben as a play caller I don’t know enough him as a leader to judge him yet. I picked Deion. He’s the only one that can stand up to Jerry. And he’s cool dude that would bring more young fans back to our team.
I picked Arron Glenn , but Deion would be a cool hire .I also like Ben Johnson and Robert Saleh, I would take any of these for head coach.Let the coach pick his own staff and be in full control of the football operation.

It won't matter. You still have the clowns running the show and buying the groceries.
Oh there is no doubt who ever the new head coach is , he will have to over come internal goofiness from the GM.Which will limit who Dallas can hire because all these coaches know this is a problem with this organization.
