Who makes the 53 that would cause you to question the sanity of F.O

He has some solid play in his history. I'm not sure what happened to him.

Green has been a total and complete horror show since he has been here. There is no way of sugar coating what he has done here. The guy is terrible. AND he is injury prone.

Green is the only one that would make me wonder if our FO has lost their marbles. To address the other common names:
  • Rush I could kind of see, since they've already spent a year developing him and Mike White isn't a world beater either.
  • Bo sucks, but while it'd be questionable to keep him over Darius Jackson, it wouldn't be completely mind boggling. Jackson's already been cut once.
  • Lenoir sucks on ST but has put in some good work as a receiver.
  • Rico brings a downfield threat that none of our other JAGtastic tight ends even remotely have.
But Chaz? If you've watched him get beat by scrubs in camp, and get beat by 3rd stringers in the preseason, all while showing 0 progress and making 0 positive plays along the way, and you STILL keep him, you are insane.

Yeah, Bo was my sleeper to make a larger impact in the preseason and he has been pretty disappointing. Then again, look at the make shift line he has to deal with.
Bo is a downhill runner, the backups on the o line he is running behind aren't opening holes...it would be foolish to cut him...he will end up starting elsewhere if they do...they probably will cut him though and then this D will have to stop Adrian Peterson when they play Washington, Saquan Barkley and maybe Bo if the Giants scoop him up much like they did Martellus Bennett a few years back...then there is the chance that Philly might snag him just so he doesn't hit our practice squad...

If Green is not cut and/or if Rico doesn't make the 53 and Schultz does, then we'll know, and most already know, that this team is run by fools.

LOL he won't start for other teams. He'll be nothing more than a short yardage specialist. Those are a dime a dozen in the NFL.

Green and White

Sorry I know white is a draft pick but dude has proven nothing deserving of a roster spot and should slip onto our PS

I agree on Green. This one is easy. The commentators can't even contain themselves watching how poorly
he's played.

I disagree on White. He's improved greatly from week to week and deserves a shot at playing more this
pre-season. I realize he was playing against mostly scrubs but the game slowed down for him a bit.
That's a good sign.

If you're right on both, and you might be, I hope White makes it to the PS. A team like NE might decide
they like him better than their prospect and actually give him a roster spot.

Lenoir....he stinks on STs,and the bottom WRs have to play STs to justify keeping them. And other than Looney Tunes pick a o-linemen for all I care. Their line depth is garbage better served in a trash can where it belongs. That was just atrocious to watch. “Sack, fumble, strip, fumble, penalty, stalled drive, nice run, penalty to negate it ect”

Ideally.
But I suspect he’d get picked up.

There's a certain amount of risk involved, but it's risk I'm willing to take for a player who's not yet ready for the pro game.

Rico has upside that Schultz never will.

For me, the obvious answer is Green. It’s painfully obvious he does not belong in the NFL.

a 7'th WR would make me question the sanity especially when we're so thin at S, G and C. Even 6 WR's would raise some questions. As far as Chaz is concerned, I'll keep a player who has playing experience at G simply because there is no one else with that experience on the team. Kadeem Edwards? Please

Bo, Green, Brown, LL, Ealy, the recent street signed Safeties, trading for ET, Schultz, Rush, and White. Bring in Teddy or another proven QB to either be the backup or push Dak and provide some real competition.

Stop. The man's a beast! Did you see him jump on that strip sack fumble? That would have been another turnover if not for Chaz Green. They even named a new feature on the field in his honor. He easily makes the 53.

I wonder if Jerry is on the phone with Witten asking him which TE to keep?

Another not so cleverly veiled thread designed to bash the team. Come of folks, there is plenty of current reason to question a team that hasn't been able to build any consistency over the last 7-8 years without having to start bashing over things that haven't happened yet.
Participation is optional.
