Who sees a role for Christine Michael?

I think he will get his chance very soon. Randle put the ball on the ground last night and was shaky on blitz pick up a cpl of times. He didn't have a terrible game but those two things seem to be points of importance to Garrett ( as they should be)

Randle is not the guy that's going to get deactivated even if they bring Michael up.

I agree . Didn't mean that he would be only that Michael will get his shot. In hindsight, his chance will probably come by way of injury to one of the three rbs

It's hard to imagine a scenario where we activate 4RBs, unless it comes at the expense of a TE. Since I can't see us using just 2 TEs, I'm going to say he will be inactive until someone gets injured.

I think we will activate 4 rbs. With Dunbar filling more in the wr role. Inactive 7 will likely be Dez, Gregory, CBrown, Swaim, Coleman, Bishop, Leary (if he is still injured),

Me thinks the 3 RBs who played last night are better at catching the ball than running the ball.

JG knows this. Now with Dez out, I bet any money we have all 4 active.

Say hello to Dunbar out wide, And McFadden and Michael in the T formation.

It's gonna be school yard football for the next few weeks fellas.

I'd really love to see what McFadden will do with 16 or more carries behind our line.

I think DMC should start and the team should give Christine carries to see what he has. Randle was OK last night, but the best lineup is Randle and Dunbar playing on passing downs with DMC (and probably Christine) on the early downs.

I say run him into the ground like Demarco last year. If he gets hurt, oh well. Next.

I say give him carries, not really in favor of running any back into the ground because I think it drags down their performance late in the season. But I wouldn't be babying him to make sure he doesn't get hurt either, it's a contact sport and he's got to get out there and play like everyone else.

I always hope any player for the Cowboys will be huge. No matter where he came from or why he got here.
But I just don't get all this optimism for a guy who has done nothing in the NFL. And wasn't all that special in college. If he proves to the staff he's better than what we currently have. Then I expect to see him get some plays.

Sorry folks Randle wasn't that impressive. I think he left some yards on the field. There was some holes for him to run and he easily got arm tackled. Heck, Dunbar at least broke a few tackles here and there. Randle didn't.

I remember him criticizing Murray for leaving yards on the field. But he did the same thing also. He could do better than that. But if he doesn't - and I'm hoping he does - they should then put in Christine Michaels and see what his got.

Dallas had the entire offseason, draft and even preseason to at least see who might fill in for Murray. I'm kinda disappointed they didn't do anything and waited till the last minute. Hopefully it won't but us this year and that Randle can somehow turn it around.

Randle was serviceable last night, but whether it's now or later, those sort of performances leave the door cracked to find out what Michael has to offer. I just can't imagine the coaches watching that game and going, "Nope. We don't need to see what we have in Michael. We're good."

I had high hopes for Randle last night and he was just OK. McFadden looked like he was shot out of a cannon!!! More touches for him PLEASE. I believe Michael can be a feature back if given a legit chance. Did Green Bay give up on Rogers after his third year on the bench? When you have a hall of famer in front of you life sucks.

The Rodgers comparison is silly. He was behind Favre and the Packers traded Favre so they could play Rodgers. I get what you're trying to say though. I really do think CM is our best back

Michaels - 22
Randle - 7
McFadden - 0
Dunbar - 3

I like mine better

That would have the same wear down effect on a def. that we did last year........With Dez out, that value increases, because the extra S over the top of Dez will now be in the box until we find a way to run him out of there.........Escobar up the Seam, motion him out wide---poor man Gronk

I would like to see Dmac get more touches. Randle did go down too easy and look alil slow out there.
