Dak Prescott
Zeke Elliot
Zeke Elliot
We traded him for Alex Barron.Bobby was the victim of the Parcels coaching change to Wade Phillips. Bobby was not what Wade wanted in an 3-4 OLB which was his natural position. You might recall Bobby started the Seattle playoff game at OLB and played really well. He batted down 2 or 3 balls and got good pressure on the QB all game. The future looked bright at that point.
Then Parcels left and along came Wade who tried to make him into a 3-4 ILB to disastrous affect on his career. He was never suited to the position. I will never understand why we didn't trade him other than the usual reluctance of Jerry to make the effort to work a trade. By the time he left Dallas, he was a shell of the player he was coming out of OSU.
Very comparable players. Schultz might be a bit better.I always laugh when people bring up Jay Novacek, a player I loved, but all the guys hating on Schultz need to compare stats. Novacek played on SB winning teams with a HOF QB, and he never even came close to the season Schultz just put up in his second year as the starter.
The prettiest pass ever, Brandon Weeden.
Rob Pettiti is the first name I thought of when clicking on this thread.Cory Proctor and Alan Ball were the worst I can recall of guys that were run out there as starters.
Clay Shiver was terrible as well. Maybe throw in Rob Pettiti.
Jacques Reeves stunk too.
Chaz Green needs a mention here also.
HOW MUCH DO YOU PAY THE VICE PRESIDENT? I AM LOOKING FOR AN EASY JOB
Most of the players Parcells drafted.Answer any way you think the criteria fits.
the first name that popped into my head was chad Hutchinson but I don’t think that’s really fair. He just kind of looked like a goober. No one likes chads.
couple other names like Justin beariault shouldn’t really count but you can go that way.
we kicked around guys like Phil costa and Alan ball for what seemed like years.
david buehler our backup kickoff specialist definitely didnt contribute much.
Screw all that it was Quincy carter. He is our worst player of all time
The dude is beyond reproach. A wealth of knowledge. A must read.Show of hands who here usually reads the op?
I almost always do.
actually as I have said its personal dislike more than looking for actual truly LOUSY players. Some fans have no idea. Some of these names are far from being the worst players ever in a Dallas uniform.
For me the decision to trade the 1st rd pick number 22 in 2004 and not draft Steven Jackson who was drafted by the Rams at 24. The boys then took Julius with their first pick in rd 2.Answer any way you think the criteria fits.

Troy Hambrick and Stepfret Williams come to mind.
That’s probably the best way to answer this.Rob Pettiti is the first name I thought of when clicking on this thread.
