If you know their names, they weren’t anywhere near the worst players to play for Dallas. Perhaps the phrasing should be biggest draft bust or most disappointing Dallas player.

Most disappointing Dallas player for me was probably Roy Williams, WR.

I thought it was a joke when I heard the cowboys were considering him. I mean, we "targeted" the guy when he was in Philly & absolutely roasted him. Why in God's name would you pursue a player you identified as the weak link??

Some great answers here, who was the TE that was being groomed and touted as the next Jay Novacek? Lafleur or Bjornson?

I always laugh when people bring up Jay Novacek, a player I loved, but all the guys hating on Schultz need to compare stats. Novacek played on SB winning teams with a HOF QB, and he never even came close to the season Schultz just put up in his second year as the starter.

Yeah...I was watching that game at my niece's house as she had the Sunday Ticket. She kept laughing at me because I was yelling at the TV, "for the love of God, please, anyone, help out Chaz Green!!! He's getting killed!! " I cursed Jason Garrett multiple times!! And I even suggested to put myself in the game to help him out!!

Roy Williams WR was not a terrible player; disappointing yes. Not his fault Jerry was an idiot (always has been of course)
Quincy was a mediocre QB but certainly not the worst we have had here
Rafael Septien was a terrible human being but a great kicker.

Even Barbara Carpener was not the worst LB we ever had.

But some morons just have to vent their spleen.

Two Phils - Pozderac and Costa- certainly would be in my top 10 All Time Worst Cowboy Players
