well, my money says they are just doing some of the basics.. light workout kinda stuff.. Parcells doesn't really like to turn up the intensity until about 1:45AM.. he knows that's when the bars do their last call, so he has to keep the guys focused..

what's cool is, Alexander unintentionally started this whole thing.. he was being so uptight about this thread being useless and I was just trying to explain to him that sometimes it's just FUN to talk about stuff and one thiing led to another.. then he went from being Mr. Scrooge to being one of the boys and having some fun with us.. it was a wonderful transformation, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching it happen before my very eyes.. I feel like I had something to do with that new little twinkle in Alex's eye, and for that I am very proud..
