Jason Williams. The only knock i have heard about him is that he's from a scmall school so naturally behind in the learning curve. So i hope he catches on quicker them most expect, his athletic ability would be add another game changer on the defensive side. Personally, I feel that he has the biggest upside besides Mickens.

Not to mention that i have no faith in bobby, he will have to prove his worth as starter in the nickel as well.

Julius Crosslin. I hate Cricket and he was the reason Romo got hurt. I also want more Tulius videos!

Take it to the bank. Michael Hamlin will be a perennial pro bowl player. The single most underrated player in the 2009 draft. I only wish we could have picked up his Clemson running mate Chris Chancellor also. Damn Dolphins beat us to the punch.

I really think Hamlin will be a good one for us. He got his degree and played 4 years in college. That might not mean much to most people but to me it shows a lot of maturity and that he set his priorities properly.

He has good skills and excellent size at 6'2" 214 lbs. and long arms. His 4.58 40 isn't bad for a Safety but he supposedly lacks that "burst" or "closing" speed but good instincts and hands. He's got decent strength too with 17 reps at the Combine.

I also like that he came from a big time program at Clemson and seems to be a good character guy.

According to CBS Sports NFLDraftScout.com had him listed as a 3rd round talent and the #4 SS in the draft.

I'm pretty excited about this guy.

If there is one thing which Everson Walls forever taught this franchise, it was to never underestimate a very smart defensive back who doesn't possess blinding speed. ;) :)

I was more shocked by the quality of the opinion rather than the quantity ... if you get my drift

People hate catching my drift.....think it has something to do with my diet.

Montrae Holland - I think he would give the line a more physical presence over Kosier and I think Kosier would be an ideal utility lineman (and he'd probably stay healthy longer).

Jason Williams and Brandon Williams. We need a coverage LB and a 3rd pass rusher. Carp is crap and Ellis is gone, so we need the rookies to step up this year.

2nd choice is Holland, he looked good before he got hurt in Pittsburgh and we really need to run the ball this year and take advantage of our trio of backs.

I would like Hodge to win the Dime-backer Spot. I really like that guy's game. Aggressive, big hitter who plays faster than he times and has good feel for making plays.

And I know it does not answer the question, but my other pet player is Spencer. I get a little defensive for him. I feel like he is treated like Bobby C. But Spencer is no Carpenter. Spencer is the real deal. Unfortunately he has had his impact ******** by Ellis up to this point. But I think he is going to be a terror this year. He won't be putting up Ware numbers, but I think he is going to make a hell of a book end with Ware. I think our fans are under-rating Spencer, and I expect big things from him.

All in all, I really like our roster all around. There are at least 40 players on this team that I love having on my team and love to cheer for and wouldn't trade. That's saying a lot. Back in the dark Campo days, there weren't 10. Even though I'm as frustrated as the next guy that we haven't broken through in the last couple of seasons, but I just love our players right now and really enjoy watching them play football.

I love watching Baber's intensity. I was really excited by Felix's electricity. I love Choice's spunk. Witten is just the man out there imposing his will. Bennett could be special. I think Roy is legit. I love Colombo's attitude. Bigg looks all-world at times. Ratliff has the greatest motor and intensity I have seen in a long time. Our entire defensive scheme is just exciting with pressure. Scandrick is such a feel good story. And on and on.

Ware is simply amazing to watch.

And then there's Romo. He has made me love watching this team again. Even with the mistakes, it's always magic for me to watch him because I expect something great on every play.

God I love this team.

I'm hoping that DE from Troy University shows something this year. It's been 5 years now, I'd say it's about time.

My pet cat is Doug Free. When he was drafted it appeared that he had the size and athleticism to play left tackle and be the heir apparent to Flozell. Its now year three and he needs to show something in camp and preseason to ease my concerns about the offensive line.
