Everything relates back to Garrett. When you dont believe in game planning every week according to opponent and you do the same thing week in and week out your at a disadvantage. The olds excuse of needing better players is worn out. Its coaching and preparation. The only time Garrett seems to ever step up and start doing homework is when his seat start to get hotter and people are talking about him being fired.
