Why are the Rangers so bad

They let Ryan get away........they were a disaster before he arrived then they made a couple of World Series...then Ryan gets away and then they return to being the dumpster fire while the Astros have soared since Ryan went to Houston.

I see they booted the coach today....though i dont think that adresses the main issue

I can answer this easily. The Rangers had Nolan Ryan as an executive. They built great teams and Nolan endorsed Daniels. Daniels got too big for his britches and forced Nolan out. Nolan went to Houston and look at them now...

I would love to punch Daniels in the face...
