Why are we not seeing the problem

No he’s not. Lamb is top 10 in 15+ yard plays.

But yea, outside of Lamb the WR room is a problem. We did a terrible job of replacing Cooper.
And he couldn't do that with Cooper out there this year as the #2 wr???

Vs Gallop and Brown?? Lmao

What those stats tell ya is what he can do against regular season opponents.

But he only had 1 catch in the playoffs also

Can he be that guy in the playoffs??

Cooper was the only wr to score.

He may not be as good as CeeDee but it wouldn't have hurt his situation one bit either

Brown and Smith are still way better than Cooper and Lamb.
Its just too bad we didn't get to see them both this year w Pollard leading the Strategy.

We had more success last year throwing the ball. Combine that w a 2 headed monster at RB and we woulda been a contender.

Better stay in touch w obj is all I can say!!!

Come playoff time we need some wrs that can hit their head on the goalposts because we've seen how hard it is to run and dink and dunk methodically down the field w a bunch of possession wrs and tes.

Where does Lamb Rank in SCORING BTW?? I bet he's underneath Cooper

And I bet Gallop and Brown are way underneath Cooper also

Evidently other teams have more problems than the Cowboys who have the 2nd best record in the entire league and the best record in the league for the last 2 seasons. This team still has a shot at the number 1 spot in the entire league for this season.

imagine thinking a receiving corps of

schultz
lamb
gallup
hilton

is not enough

yea, we need a wr corps consisting of
tyreek hill
justin jefferson
cooper kupp

or it's not enough!!!

Easy to imagine it not being enough. Gallup is almost outside of the top 100 in yards of separation / route and you’re talking about an old WR we just signed off the couch.

I’m having a little trouble understanding you and following.

But you keep going back to WR TDs…again, I don’t really care seeing as we have the top scoring offense in football since Dak came back. Our red zone efficiency is also in the 80s which is absurd.

I’m more concerned about us being able to move the chains and get to the red zone through the air when we have to. I think we agree our WRs aren’t good enough.

When Pollard is on the field the defense has to account for a sppedy home run threat.

That's why he has so many negative plays because defenses are keying in on his presence.

When Zeke is on the field they can drop back more into coverage because he's not that home run threat ANYMORE

I Can see it w my Eyes.

The best bet is to give Pollard the majority of reps or bring in another home run back and develop him

Use Zeke where he's most effective.

Let those tes block instead of running all the check downs because throwing to them is NOT THE AWSWER!!

and CD is performing like a top 10 WR
I like Lamb.

But he's still dropping balls and making route running mistakes that are causing turnovers

And he's not a top wr at Scoring.

I think he's getting better but I'd rather have another top route runner that can get better separation and SCORE more often

You are a joke always were always will be you think Dak is Rogers
Internet tough guy with less than 200 posts...

How would you know about "always" if you just joined CZ in 2019 unless you are a banned member that came back with a different member name/account...

Well I think wr scoring and production against good teams is a big indicator of success.

If Lamb was a Dez Bryant or Antonio Brown who could score and produce against top tier defenses I'd feel like he could get the job done in the playoffs.

But he hasn't.

So that requires us to punch the ball in the end zone running the ball.

When's the last time our rbs crossed the goal line multiple times against a SB contender or Top tier run D?

Its gonna take 3-4 tds to win a playoff game.

Wouldn't ya think we'd have to score some through the Air???

Sure, I’m with you on us needing more at the WR position. But I’m not currently concerned about our redzone production at all. We’re one of the best in football.

Can we give Lamb a chance before we say he cant help in the playoffs?

What does the red zone have to do with our wrs scoring???

Last week Sanders ran one in for a TD at the 3 yard line

****Then little Jalen threw a 41 yard pass to devontae Smith on 4th and 7 for a td

****Then he threw a 35 yard pass to Aj Brown for a TD

Then jalen ran one in from the 10 yard line in the red zone td

****Then Sanders ran a td from the 40 yard line.

They weren't in the red zone on 3 of their 5 tds.

So does that red zone stat trump scoring outside of the red zone cnuball??

Why did he have one of his worst years statically here then?
Nice try but he had 680 yards and the next season was on his way to having another piss poor year until the Cowboys saved his career. Now expectations are high with Watson back and he’s back to sucking.

Our WR room is better than:

Commanders
Giants
Ravens
49ers
Jets
Titans
Chiefs

All of these are playoff teams. With a better QB, we wouldnt even be talking about this
Commanders and 49ers? Hell no. Rest of those teams don’t have good groups probably the worst in the league….. Chiefs if you count Kelce have a top 10 unit.

I mean, we’re scoring more points then the Eagles per game since Dak has been back right? Does it matter where we score from?

Also, when you only have 1 good WR you’re not going to have a lot of big play passing TDs. The opposing D keys on that dude and makes it really hard.
