umm no one said they are the same body type etc but
who cares they both had high averages for game or two but overall the more volume you gave them the ypc dropped way off..the fans sated we didn't need a another RB Randall could do it.. whatever he did not.
backup is backup and like you overrating Pollard who wasn't a starter in college and if given the FT starter job here, will look like the backup he is, exposed..
No one said anything about body type here either... i'm talking about their game- their style. what one RBs brings to the table ..vs the other.
Pollard brought far more power to the game than what randle offered.
The Cowboys vastly thought and mistaken Randle to be a featured back and thus ignored RB class to add a possible one.
With Zeke here we don't have to explore that option with Pollard as they did gamble with Randle.
BTW, we have an OC that has misused the backs here in both the run game and most definitely the passing game.
We don't even conceive using Pollard in the passing game vs what i see from several other NFL teams with their change of pace backs.
i thought McCarthy's presence and input would have changed that. But it's clear that MM is letting Kellen Moore handle that
area, and as such the RBs are too much of a non-factor in the pass game
