Why do we continue to enable these headcases?

We bring them into a cushy environment, gice em plenty of money, and let them do whatever the hell they want. Then everyone in the front office gets all surprised when these dudes get popped. This is getting so old. Why do we continue to draft these fringe idiots? I wish there weren't rules against it because I would cut all three right now.

Because we get cute in the draft and constantly screw that up so we have to makeup for it and we only shop for bargains in FA.

We've lost McClain and we don't have our 2 starting D End for the first month of the season.

I hate our defense.

This is a case of Jerry trying to hit a home run... Problem. Is he is weilding a waffle ball bat and swinging at a softball.

He thinks the lack of a big contract is worth the risk. However when you start relying on a guy to be a starter and it reflects in how you address the roster.... When that gamble does not pay off it hurts the team more than he initially thought it might.

No internal control. Head coach does not have to answer for his terrible decisions. GM= Owner so no matter how many bad personnel decisions he makes, he sticks around, even after admitting on the record Jerry the owner would have fired that GM years ago if it was a separate person. It's a mess. We've had a few successful seasons the last 2 decades but mainly just mediocrity or just downright terrible like last year and the Campo years. Players just fall in line with the dysfunction.

I think, er, hope, this is gonna be the last straw....I mean, we've stood our ground on not resigning Hardy, even though at this point he would be dirt cheap.....now if we dont cut McClain, and hope he's gonna come swoopin in on Thanksgivin to save the D, we havent learned a dang thing.....I fully expect us to cut him and officially be done with clowns...with the exception of still havin Gregory anyway, who should be on Strike 2, with a nasty curveball comin that he needs to crush to stay on this team....

So much excitement for the offense because of Zeke with a healthy Romo and Dez. I'm excited too but the defense is pretty scary to start the season. I was never counting on McClain but I thought that they would of had him to start the season. Stupid of me to count on him for anything. Scandrick is coming back from injury and how serious is the Mayowa deal with the cleaning up a knee or something? I agree this is getting ridiculous. Garrett is always talking about how he wants his kind of guys. Good football players. Some are real good football players. And some are just stupid

But wait, wasn't RoMac a wonderful pick up up till now? I mean, his first year here, everyone loved him and defended him. Jerry finally did something right picking him up. Now that he proves what he is, everyone blames Jerry? We are lucky to have gotten what we did out of him.

Because the NFL and Union both enable these guys. It will never end until the NFL and the Union decide to end it.

Yeah I hear you. I was one of those that loved the value we got in him but he has to go. Get out. If they don't cut him pronto, they're proving just how little they care about winning.

Poor drafting, poor free agent decisions, leads to questionable players getting opportunities here.

Alonzo Spellman, Dimitrius Underwood, TO, Pacman, Tank Johnson, and now McClain and Gregory.

Jerry's legacy: Short cuts and mediocrity on the field, but #1 on Forbes most valuable list.

Sometimes the high risk/high reward strategy has worked out for us. The perfect example is Charles Haley. The Rolando McClain deal looked like a genius move in 2014 when Sean Lee was out for the season and McClain played well for us. Now the idiot has gone belly up due to his drug ********.

TO doesn't even belong in that sentence.
