Why is Russell considered better than Quinn???

Well I keep hearing "Russell has more upside". How many players with potential never reach it?

The draft is a crap shoot at most, I think its a consensus Quinn is the one most think could play right away, however Russell has more potential.

Seeing as the draft is so hit/miss I don't like to go on potential to much. I'd take the most ready. After all it's a what have you done for me lately type league

Russell and Quinn are probably the two most overrated players in this draft. However, for those of you who think Russell is stronger and faster with more upside...:lmao2: no friggin way.

Wouldn't you think that the "most ready to play now" would be the one that put up the better stats? When a player's status is based solely on potential it usually means he didnt put up the stats in college. Russell put up better stats than Quinn.

You can't be referring to me, because I was high on him and low on Quinn before that game. It's well documented here.
So you've been wrong for a while.:)

By really big QBs I am talking weight mainly- though to be honest has any 6'5" QB done well in the NFL. Probably have not been many. But really- 260 lbs. And that supposedly was his lowest weight. Has there ever been a good 260 lb QB?
And once again I point out that Russell had a much better team- just like Troy Smith did. What happened to Smith when the team came along that could really put pressure on him? Just like any other QB he sucked. Get enough pressure on any qb and they will suck- BUT you ALSO get a chance to see how they react to it. Against LSU BQ did not have a good game- but also McKnight and Smardj both dropped numerous catchable balls. McKnight dropped at least 4. Smardj at least 2 that I remember.

lol i putting them as the same size, the same abilities. sort of. same styles. so they think he could have the same success. he wont.

Young and Russell don't even come close to having the same style of QB play.
