Its not his fault the coaches dont put him in the game.

With that being said, I think we all know the only reason he made the 53 was because his dad is a scout here.

I know people dont like nepotism, but it is what it is. If your dad works for the team, your chances of making the roster are exponentially increased.

It is his fault coaches don't play him. That's the point.

And I'm sure it doesn't have anything to do with work ethic or smarts or anything like that. He simply doesn't belong in the NFL.

We certainly lost the game because Duece did not play. Look at what the other backs did. I mean they were pitiful. PS. Another clickbait post on the forum. We lost because the defense laid an egg, pure and simple

The OP isn't reacting to the last game. He is reacting to 25 years worth. If you care enough to look you will see the patterns. Deuce has a Jerry Jones special cloak of protection. Handed out to many winners over the years. J Smooth, Gregory, Crawford, etc. Lets hope Deuce can make it worth while.

Why aren't we doing some bubble screens w/ him, getting him the ball in space? We kept him on the roster, why won't we even try to do something w/ him except bashing him up the middle? Makes no sense.

Same w/ Loopy. He runs one time for 9 yds and catches 1 pass for 12 yds, showing a toughness and grittiness that we desperately need. Why didn't he get more touches?

Oh, that's fine, it simply hasn't been proven yet that he can't play in the NFL. I've been iffy from the start myself, but what I would like is for them to prove it either way. He is most obviously a space RB, so quit trying to make him what he is not. If he can be a playmaker, then get him the ball where he's effective and quit bashing him up the middle.

Well, they could have started by playing him against the 1s of other teams in the pre season. Like Dowdle and Davis did.

Or they could have actually played him in the 3rd pre season game.

But nope. Yet he was handed a roster spot. So either MM and the staff were way off in their evaluation of him in practice and now have no faith in him to give him reps, or Jerry told MM that he would be on the team. Just like he did with Lance.

This really is an indictment of Jerry. He keeps pretending to know anything about football. Every year he sticks his nose in and messes things up.

This year it's Duece, Lance and going short on online.

Last year was the complete inadequacies at WR.

Ignoring DL. Way over paying for Zeke.

Every year it's something. I can't blame Duece for being on the team. And he sounds like a great kid. This is more about Jerry and him being incompetent.
