I didn't see this posted yet, or buried in one of the Zeke threads. It'll get you hot, if you haven't seen it yet.

"Authorities in Columbus, Ohio, have released new documents that explain why they decided not to file charges against Cowboys rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott, despite a woman's claims that he assaulted her in July.

The Columbus city attorney's office investigated Tiffany Thompson's allegations for more than a month before saying Tuesday that it will not pursue charges against Elliott because of conflicting, inconsistent information and insufficient evidence.

After announcing its decision, the city attorney's office quickly released statements from Elliott, his accuser and other people who were interviewed during the investigation. The office also released photos, a 911 call and texts messages among Elliott, Thompson and one of Thompson's friends who said Thompson told her to lie to police.

"At no point during Ezekiel's walk to the Carriage House, or at no time during the night, did I witness Ezekiel come into physical contact with Tiffany or touch Tiffany," Ayrin Mason, the friend, said in a written statement to police.

Some of the text messages between Thompson and Mason...."

Finally, the guy wins!

I have friends that quit coaching HS sports because the girls were evil (not saying all are that way here) and they were afraid they would get caught in a he did this, he did that. Their word against his. Who you going to believe, the adult male or innocent teen? Scary stuff!

Unfortunately the NFL hasnt stopped their investigation although this should influence their decision. Remember guilt is not required to be in violation of the Personal Conduct Policy.

Hopefully, Zeke will learn to be careful about who he associates with in the future as a result of this unfortunate incident.

I honestly believe that he's a good guy who simply got caught up in an unfortunate situation that many young players do.

He'll learn to take it into consideration that there are way too many people around who have little or no conscience at all.

The NFL should drop this immediately but they won't.
Right before kick off Sunday Goodell will announce something against us....I would not doubt it one bit.

I'm not sure how much smarter he's become after visiting a pot shop in Seattle and then his text.

Sometimes your guilty from poor choices of who you associate with and or places you frequent.

He might need a chaperone or an entourage to protect him from himself ?
