How about fire the idiot GM who paid Herbert all that money and didn't surround Herbert with All-Pro talent at every other offensive position Herbert needs to be successful? What an idiot GM the Chargers have. What an idiot GM who hired that idiot head coach. Stupid GM. How many years have the Chargers had stupid GMs? Never ever going to win anything ever with this stupid GM. How long has it been? 40 Years? 50 Years? 60 Years?
Chargers had one probowler on offense (OL) and he’s not even a starter.

They did fire the GM who signed Herbert to that contract. And his replacement at GM signed 1 day before the "stupid" head coach and had nothing to do with it. So you can blame the stupid owner. Sounds like this team except for the fired GM part.

I get what you are doing, but 4 posts into it and it is already old.

Again WHAT? Lol how has Allen not improved? Jackson won his first MVP in 2019, he has improved but to say Allen hasn't is crazy. They dont have the same playoff success, one is 5-5 , and the other is 2-4. Not sure how that's the same in your world
Lets look at his 3 (probably) MVP years because 2019 was all him being a runner and it was more of a Cam Newton MVP whereas the past 2 were more about the passer.

2019: 3127 yards 66% completion, 36 TD 6 INTs, 7.8 Y/A, 1206 rushing yards
2023: 3678 yards, 67% completion 24 TDs, 7 INTs 8.0 Y/A, 821 rushing yards
2024: 4172 yards 67% completion 41 TDs 4 INTs, 8.8 Y/A, 915 rushing yards

Even the numbers clearly reflect growth as a passer and a shift towards being able to push the ball down the field passing and that is ignoring the obvious eye test of watching him go from objectively not a top 15 passer in 2029 to objectively a top 5 one this year.

Being a pro bowler is not even a thing anymore. 10 guys opt out and suddenly a third string is a pro bowler
I think generally when talking pro bowlers, and this also applies to contracts, you refer to guys who were voted in on the initial ballot. Right now opting out is not even an option yet so if you say they are a pro bowler this year that means they were voted in.

I never said he didn't improve, so not sure your point. My point still stands, Allen has performed better in the playoffs, it's not his fault that he was a better passer than Lamar early on

Crazy to not go for it. I think they need to run a few plays with Fields to get something going

Allen likely getting MVP and has his team as the 2 seed without a single All-Pro other than himself on that team.

If you start at the divisional round, aka not giving Allen credit for beating up an outmatched 7 seed, suddenly their stats look identical as does their record. I am sorry I dont credit a team for beating up an outmatched 7 seed (since the 7 seed has existed the Bills have been the 2 seed in every year but 1). The fact that both look the same from the divisional round on is something the Josh Allen lovers will never dare admit. They credit the stat padding against 7 seeds and pretend everything else doesnt count.

I think the betting odds have shifted to Lamar getting MVP (which makes sense because his numbers would put him at one of the top 3 QB MVP years ever). Basically when Lamar got that first team all pro by the same voters who vote for MVP the odds shifted to Lamar being MVP.

Henry is not fair. He is way too big to be that fast. It just does not make sense. He has 30-40lbs on most LBs and yet is faster than them.

But you give Lamar credit for his wins against the Titans and Texans? Lmao
