Why do the locals really feel like they're going to win? I think it might happen but would it be a "devastating" loss?

Frustration…that's could sum it up in one word. 1 playoff win in the last 50 years, signing Caldwell to a one year extension while the team collapsed and lost the division title at the end of the season, plenty of fans are very dissatisfied with Stafford 1-24 vs playoff teams, (Dak has a better record against playoff teams, I believe), terrible drafting...and on and on. And the ownership is terrible.
