Oh yeah, I think he is aching to get out there.

And he would never admit it in a million years, but he would want to get out there and light it up.

3 TD in a half just to show everyone what they're missing. Romo is hyper-competitive. He keeps it in check for the benefit of team success, but don't doubt that he would kill to be out there just to prove everyone wrong.

He'd be on a mission to show that the team could be even better with him out there than they already are.
I don't think he'd try to hide the fact that he wants to play at an elite level if givent he chance

I won't be surprised if we need Tony to come off the bench a WIn a few games now-SuperBowl. DAK has not played his best games the last 2 weeks. Tony's experience recognizing defenses and getting the ball downfield is exactly was this offense is lacking the past 2 weeks.
God help us from the naive.

You don't think Denver would love to give Romo a shot right now?
Don't think the Jets would love to bring him in for next year?
Houston would be a way better team with him; too bad they're committed to Brock Osweiler now.
Yeah, you're naive or don't realize the severe lack of talent at the QB position in the NFL if you don't think someone would want him.

I would love for those teams to take him!
If they do, bloke, I would have to question their viability as smart buyers. Can you imagine how fast GMs' heads would roll if, upon signing this NFL senior citizen to a big contract, Romo would be injured in the first or second game?
Can you see a GM doing this sale to the owner: "Owner bloke, yes Tony has had multiple back and clavicle surgeries, had a broken rib and other assorted injuries ... Yes, he shall soon be 37 ... yes, we are risking a lot of money on ... him ... he will have to learn our system ... Yes, we have a pockets-protecting system but he promises to not get antsy and free lance ... yes, 2 career playoff wins as QB, but we feel the 12th year is the charm ... his December problems?? Well, just a decade of bad luck ...but he promises to take us all the way, so let's take a bit of a chance, chaps!

He would relish in the opportunity to play, IMO. Guys a competitor itching to get out there and do something. I do think in the case of Dak going down, we should have Romo ready with some snaps under his belt. Could he get hurt? Sure, but gotta think about this year right now, not next.

Yes, good lad.
I imagine many teams want a 37-year-old who is skeletally fragile. And expensive.
Only Cleveland will bite! LOL

Guess we'll wait and see who's right, won't forget this tweet.

I think he'd love to start week 17, with roster limitations, the majority if not all the o-line would be out there and Witten wouldn't miss that for the world. Don't think Dez, Beasley and Williams would want to ride the pine either. But with that being said, all the starters need to at least start every game they are healthy...

My bad on the tweet part.... it just amazes me you think nobody will give him a shot (except the Browns of course) but to each his own I guess.
