Can't believe no one's mentioned his play, this guy looks like the truth. I think he's a perfect back up to Demarco. I'd like to see him get some work with the ones...

Yup, it comes down to special teams for the 3rd rb. So they say.

Answer, he can run the **** out of the ball and straight up truck fools. He was a second round pick that played well in the league until the injury bug got him. Maybe a limited, back up rolls what he needs.

He's got great instincts as a runner.

I'm hoping he makes this team because if Murray goes down then I don't think we'll drop off too much from a talent standpoint.

The guy can play. I'll be very disappointed if he doesn't make the team. He should be a lock.

I hope he makes the team. However, if he can't play special teams he will never make the game day 45 (pending an injury to Murray). If he can't pick up the blitz, Randle will start in front of him. He is a heck of a runner. Cowboys need him to be a complete back who plays special teams. We will see if he gets there.

I honestly believe he makes the team.
And I honestly believe he will make some significant plays this season.

His nickname is Lil Sweetness. He wears #34. He has multiple Walter Payton tattoos.

He clearly wants to be one of the greats, we'll see what he's made of behind this O-Line.

In the past they kept guys like Choice and Tanner. Williams is way better than those guys.

Yes but they played special teams, I agree if all blitx pick ups being equal he is more talented than those guys but being the 3rd and 4th RB on this team means ST.

I like what Williams showed but I think Randle has done more against better competition this preseason. I'd like to see what Ryan does against 1st and 2nd tier talent.

The Cowboys also have to think about the future, I do not think they are paying Murray when his contract is up. It would be graet to have Williams on the team when/if Murray leaves.

I honestly think we keep 4 RBs this year. If this team really wants to run the ball like they say they do then they can't go into the season with just Randle backing up Murray and Dunbar. There is every reason in the world to believe that with a substantially increased workload those two are going to have a difficult time keeping healthy for 16 games.

You just can't turn a blind eye to their injury concerns, you just can't. I'd go short at several positions before I'd go short at RB this year. They need to play it safe at this position. I think it's imperative given the rhetoric this whole offseason on running the football consistently.
