So it's theebs I owe an apology to for confusing him for theogt.

Firehawk has served up comedic gold since he's started here. If we could go back through his homerific Commanders evaluations from last offseason, it would be great. Which is why it's hilarious that he is warning us about tempering our enthusiasm (on our own board) and alerting us to possible crow-eating. That boy's been downing crow for a solid year - or he ducks it, and we just let him slide.

Honestly, I just think all of the positive press that Dallas is getting and all of the good news out of camp is just eating away at him. He then tried to throw a wet blanket on things by mentioning that teams with new staffs usually have to do bad in year 1, ala Commanders offense, circa 2006.

Of course that isn't true, as many people have shown him, and he's turned away from his original post ideas to argue the periphery things that have been brought up on his thread.

He kinda has some trouble focusing on one subject for very long, I think.

Looks like we're not the only one's practicing without our starting LT. (although we've already got Flozell Adams back and Columbo will be back this week likely) Samuels was carted off the field a little bit ago:

Yeah, apparently, his leg got rolled up on. They say it may not be as bad as it first looked, but they'll wait on the official word from the trainers.

Here's hoping he's only out for a couple-three weeks.

on O, we're just moving to a timing-based O, we'll still be trying to establish a power running game, I expect a few kinks in Romo's timing at 1st, but he's an accurate guy, so I'm not that worried about the transition there, and according to the receivers, their routes are easier to memorize since they are numbered now

on D, Phillip's describes his scheme as easy for the players to learn, yet difficult for the opposing O to figure out, in other words, it's a player friendly scheme, plus the new 3-4 isn't as much read and react as before

this is not like Al Saunders installing a 400 page playbook, the changes aren't that significant

I know we can get at least 10. That is very realistic. The running game isn't changing that much, and the 2-gap defense that our defense played the last two years is much tougher than this attacking one you are fixing to see.

I don't think you guys get how good Romo is right now. Dallas will be adjusting and learning while they win games.
