The only thing the Jones know how to do is make money off a lousy NFL team that they own. They don't know how to put a REAL winner on the field, they don't have a clue on how to obtain valuable pieces for their club. You would think after all these decades that they learned something about obtaining GAME CHANGING players for their team, but they haven't. Now take a look at the Eagles, they have an owner who is smart enough to know that he needs good football minds to run a successful club and the proof is in the pudding this year and will probably years after this one! The Eastern division is going to pull away from the Cowboys because of the JONES. This is what happens when a whole league of owners turn their backs on the rebels without a cause!

Cowboys fans don't want to hear it but, the Eagles have the best ownership in the division. They also have a better front office that uses the draft, trade AND free agency to improve their roster. All three are what successful NFC franchises have been doing of late (Eagles, 9ers, Rams and to a degree the Bucs).

Dallas is good at drafting but refuses to explore the other necessary steps.

The Cowboys have a bunch of trashy owners who just want to be seen in the lunacy box spatting high fives for made field goals, while the rest of the league owners laugh at them while they're scoring TDs with their clubs!

It's actually NOT too difficult to make the NFC Championship game...almost every team in the conference has managed to make it twice under different regimes (and some even three times!) since the last time we made it.

The Jones family is terrible but with McClay, they've figured out the ultimate con. They can build good enough rosters to always be in the playoff hunt to make money and get enough fans to buy in and "believe". If not for that, they would be Washington.

Teams that are not afraid to move on from talent tend to excel in the NFL. Historically, one of the Cowboys biggest failures is keeping players that cost too much relative to production after their rookie deal. The Cowboys front office is playing checkers with personnel and cap management while the better organizations in football are playing multidimensional chess.

I’m amazed how quickly Philly recovered from the Chip Kelly disaster. He traded the QB Philly eventually won the Super Bowl with for Sam Bradford. Lol Every move Kelly made blew up in their face. How they’ve been able to put together the championship caliber teams they’ve had since the firing of Chip Kelly is beyond me. They ended up firing the only coach that ever led them to a Super Bowl championship and here they are back again with another chance at a championship with a different HC. The Joneses could learn some things from the Eagles.

Niners and Eagles have the best GMs in football in my opinion. Lynch going to get Trent Williams and Christian McCaffrey were strokes of genius.

Everything that Howie's done since 2018 has been masterful with the exception of drafting WRs. But even he realized that and went and got AJ Brown.

Honestly, any team willing to find players in Free Agency or by trades is already two steps ahead of Dallas where they tie one hand behind their backs by refusing to acquire top talent.
