It doesn't seem to stop at the 2 incidents we know of. Sounds like there may be more accusers out there and as we know from Tirger and many others, they will come to light.

I have a suggestion for ben, STOP DRINKING!

No, the better suggestion is to let Ben drink all he wants. Just keep young woman away from him...they seem to want to steal his money.

Romo or Manning, maybe Breez will be the next victims. Hell, maybe McNabb will get blamed. Maybe even Campbell?

Damn gold digging witches.

It's happened twice now. How you don't get that is beyond me.

Now, again, tell me the stories about all the recent QB's in the league that are being accused of this same type of behavior...not once, but twice.

If I'm in a sleazzy bar with a bunch of drunk broads, and I'm rich and being accused of something I may have not done, then yeah, it's my fault for being there in the first place.

But, I doubt Ben did anything wrong. He's seems to be an upstanding citizen from all accounts.

it must be the gold digging 20 year olds that are out there.

Got it.

;)

It is easier to accuse someone who has been accused before because then it becomes more believable. Not saying he did or did not do it but evidently there is not enough evidence out there to convict. I'm curious to see if some civil suit will be filed and if so how quick will the victim settle out of court for a payday. I do believe in justice I do not believe in extortion.

Then why put yourself in a situation where it happens time and time again?

Bad judgement? Or, are the girls just following him around to collect some money?

There's no doubt in my mind that he raped her.

All the people defending Big Ben saying "I need more facts"...are you series? What else do you need? The videotape? Sorry, that just "magically" disappeared. The whole thing is extremely sketchy and you know Ben just paid her off.

I've always hated this sack of ****. Ever since his comments on ESPN about Romo, I've always just lookd at him like a ******bag.

Remember the story where alot of his teammates didn't really like him? Does this make sense now? I'm sure he's the biggest ****** on the planet.

If this is true how in the hell is he not being prosecuted?

Lack of evidence. Medical examinations couldn't prove rape, not enough DNA evidence to prove any kind of sexual assault and the only eyewitness (the accuser) was wasted.

If this happened as the witnesses say it did, Roethlisberger had his bases covered to avoid conviction, and I wouldn't be surprised if it has happened more than the two times reported.

I don't know what the truth is, but the sorority girls seem to be pretty consistent in their "testimony."

I agree I think many players use very bad judgment and the results are they get into major trouble. That is why I don't like see our players at these Dallas topless bars and hanging out at 2 or 3 in the morning.

Do I think these are some innocent little girls? No I don't.

However if the allegation is true and Ben did rape the girl then to hell with Ben. But I would not convict a person without real evidence and someone making a claim is not good enough it is damn easy to accuse someone and by our laws Ben does not have to prove he is innocent they must prove he is guilty.

I hope people are not basing their opinion because of football or the team the guy plays for. Because this has nothing to do with Football or some team that fans do not like.

This is def pre-meditated. He knows what to do and get around it. He's got the money to get the best lawyers.

He's done this before.

Here's a clue from an article I've been reading.....

The report also stated that Ben’s bodyguards were going around the bar and deleting photos from patron’s cameras and phones that showed him drinking.

Yep.

I read the entirety of the DA's statement, and the problem appears to be that one, she was too drunk to remember everything perfectly (imagine how that looks in front of a jury), and two, there are obviously no security cameras in the bathroom. Plus of course not enough DNA evidence.

As sick as it is, the whole thing sounds like it was orchestrated so that there wouldn't be enough evidence for him to get convicted. Sounded like this wasn't his or his crew's first rodeo.

I'm old. I've learned, where there's smoke, there's fire.

Also reported on WFAN was that Ben's "bodyguards" are off duty cops. That's adds an even more disgusting stink to the whole thing, if true.

Listen up, juke100!!

You stay away from playing in shady bars. There are girls out there ready to pounce on your wallet for the coin you have.

You are a celebrity, right? :D

For lack of a better term..it's the "perfect crime". Too drunk to remember anything so essentially she's handcuffed because that looks horrible in front of a jury and no videotapes in the bathroom.

Looks like he's mastered this:rolleyes:
