Great for them, but without team wins, individual stats don't mean a thing but that we are wasting their talents.

Ware needs help....he cant continue to be a 1 man Army....

Ratliff and him can only do so much.....Spencer:banghead:

we need another pass rusher....makes the Draft that much harder....OL? Edge Rusher? Secondary?

Hopefully Carter pans out, that will end the need for an ILB

Witten and Ware aren't getting any younger....

Screw stats....i want wins and a SB, after you get that, then you can kick around for a season or 2 and get stats

Looking like the rings total gonna stay zero. What a shame.

Yeah, it's great for Ware and Witten two players who will be in the Hall one day but everytime this thread is posted it's like an empty feeling. We are seeing two great players get no benefit from team success, Just wasting away year in and year out. I won't say these stats are meaningless but I don't get a lot of thrill looking at them when the team continues to underachieve. These stats would mean so much more with a Super Bowl title attached to each player.

I love that you have it in you to post this tonight. Well done.
lol, does it take alot of inner strength to post stat updates after losses or something?

PS Ware is awesome.

People might forget sometimes just how good these guys are, but they're rare players we're unlikely to see the like of again anytime soon.

Witten catches almost everything thrown his way, has good YAC, pass blocks well, run blocks well, and just plain doesn't miss games.

Ware is durable, has rare power and speed, never gives up on a play, and puts 99% of LBers who have ever come through the league to shame with his play. Hes 1 sack behind Peppers while playing 3 fewer years and only 3.5 behind Allen while playing a year less.

Either of those guys could hit the hall and hes outplaying both of them. It's insane.

I guess he says that because of his "Gut and Sources" threads earlier

Losses rarely bother me. I've seen hundreds of them in my time as a Cowboys fan. Bad ones like this and worse. There will be more. There could be worse.

I don't get too up for wins, nor too down for losses. Inside, this sucks. But I refuse to wallow in self pity even with other Cowboys fans who are doing it.

I've kept this thread up all year. I see no reason to stop just because a bunch of grown men want to be miserable.

Being miserable after losses is what makes winning feel so good. :)

Not for me. I don't understand a desire to feel that way. To be proud of it is really beyond me. Raised different.

I'm surprised to see Anquan Boldin that high on the receptions list. I knew he was good but I guess I didn't know he had that kind of consistency and was that kind of player. A lot of his time in Arizona he was the #2 to Larry Fitzgerald and now he's in Baltimore where they don't put up offensive numbers. Steve Smith makes sense since he's been the #1 guy and has ten seasons.

I don't desire to feel that way and I'm not proud(or ashamed) of it, it's just the way I am. I don't like losing. Has nothing to do with how your were raised. Losing just bothers some more than others the same way eating spinach bothers some more than others. No amount of parental prodding will make people like spinach.

And heck, this is a Cowboys message board. It's all about posting opinions and you have to expect people to be miserable after a loss on a Cowboys enthusiast website. I'll be ready to look at the positives tomorrow but I reserve the night of the game for wallowing if we lose. :)

If we win, I celebrate for a week. :D

Fitz is at 647 and closing fast on all of them, and he is only 27.

For me it is about how I was raised. Hard to explain, but I let other people freak out. I handle it as calmly as I can and move on.

Ware's at 12 sacks for the season, 1/2 back of Jared Allen who's played 1 more game.

That puts Ware back on pace for 27 this season, Allen on pace for 25.

9 games for Ware to get 11 sacks to break the record with Seattle, Arizona, Miami, and Washington on our schedules. At least 2 out of that list should be a multi-sack game for him.

No, just a lot of hackery and gall. Remember, noticing anything wrong after a shellacking by a hated rival is tantamount to being [strike]honest, objective and sane[/strike] "miserable." The homers? Calm, cool and collected no matter what the score--unlike you panicky "overreactors."
