Witten & Ware Updates

No thanks. Unlike some people here, I don't have censorious impulses. Post whatever you want, and if I find it inane, I'll react accordingly.

Unless its after a win. :laugh2:

Anybody else those threads get left up, for that person to get roasted.
No we wouldn't. Also I don't care about any roasting. I've never run from my opinions and won't now. Unlike some people.

Not that those were opinions. One was a gut feeling and one was info from a guy in Philly who watched their practices. Not his fault they didn't need trick plays, and I certainly feel no guilt for sharing the info from him.

Locking those threads was the equivalent of a mercy killing. Classy person that I am, I did not partake in the piling on.

Be my guest. If you think your opinions frighten me you've got another think coming.

Well, he only said it was a feeling he had, not a guarantee but I'll roast him for it right now. He was off base and it was a pretty idiotic statement to make, imo. There is no way to know something like that so why post it.

That has nothing to do with this thread though.

Because they were already closed? :laugh2:

By crying about it without a single valid point like you're doing here? Man up and just tell us all what we should post and give us the exact timeline of when we should do it since you obviously know best.

This has been an ongoing thread and has nothing to do with wins or losses. It's simply tracking progress of two players in the history of the game. I'm pretty sure every great player has lost a game and probably has been in a blowout. It has nothing to do with their individual performance.

Are you really this dense or is it just an act? I didn't tell him what to post; I questioned the timing of the post. Can you discern the difference? Probably not.

And you shouldn't.

There's nothing more worthless than rehashing old threads for purposes of calling someone out -- except for perhaps the infamous "I told you so" post.

There isn't much of a difference. It's called making inferences. Or are we not allowed to do that either?

Let me know so we can add that to the forum guidelines.

Nope, I had plenty of time to partake in the buttkicking but chose not to. The fact that others were deprived of that opportunity is regrettable but not surprising.

Are you? Tell us when it is OK to post it or shut the hell up about it. It makes no difference when it was posted because this has nothing to do with wins or losses. It's two stats tracking individual places in history of the game, no more, no less.

These stats take place in wins and losses, as all do. Which is why it was posted without worrying about upsetting cry babies like you who need some time limit on when something other than misery may be posted.

Right. Because we're actually running the "ButtKickZone" and the "CallOutZone" here. How could I ever forget - its all about who thumps their chest harder.

Yes, Virginia, there's a difference between telling someone to shut up and asking them to delay their post a day or two. Etiquette is not just for fancy dinners.

I'll open them if it will shut you up. I kind of doubt that, but am willing to appease you in any way that you feel is worthy of the wrongs of your martyrdom.

Do you really think I care? A gut feeling is hardly me touting my football acumen, and the other thing is info from a guy in Philly who saw them practicing. I have gut feelings all the time. So do other posters.

Whoop-dee-freaking-doo.

But what does it matter when he posted it? His post had no bearing on the game at all. Hell, what if Ware had no sacks and his numbers were the same as the last time he posted these last week? Would he have been on your side for posting something that could be perceived as negative?

Again, I have been posting these all season long. Delay your damned criticism of Cowboys fans for a couple of days after a loss.

Oh, that's asking too much of your sainted ***.

So to answer shockandroll's question, Hostile needs to wait a minimum of 24-48 hours before posting a stat update.

Just pure, unadulterated misery for 2 days? Got it, chieftain.

Kind of a classic CZ thread. Everyone playing their roles.

What do you guys think about Scandrick starting on the other side this time in place of Jenkins?

Oh sorry, then delay your post for a day or two already. I did not mean to offend someone as polite and innocent as you.
