I don't know what his salary is but they better give him a huge paycut and move him to relief. Otherwise, the moving van is around the corner.
I wouldn't even trust him in relief...when he has to come into the game when the stakes are even higher! I don't think he's ever had that type of alpha dog mentality so this really might ruin him in his career.

Lol

Success... you have to be able to take a ribbing with success.
I understand, you guys are not used to it.

As a Yankee fan I get the same thing. No biggIe ;-)

Go with it!
"as a Yankee fan" LOL You are the joke of the entire sports world. You act like you were there from the get go but in reality you just jumped on the band wagon. Real tough job doing that thinking that makes you so great by commandeering that ride. When you stink up that honored legacy with your snooty arrogance you bring discredit to the greatness of what the Yankees use to represent.

Keep in mind Correa missed a chunk of the season which hurt his WAR.
That's a crucial point that I somehow missed. I rescind my previous argument, Mike. Thanks for pointing that out, brother.

Correa is a phenom SS. It looks like the two best SS in the AL play in the West. I wouldn't trade Simba for Correa and I KNOW HOU fans wouldn't trade Correa for Samba.

Simba's career WAR arch is the highest for any shortstop at his age, ever. Mostly defense-driven, tho, whereas Correa is gonna get his from both sides of the plate.

Simba did just have a wonderful offensive season, on a scrub squad.

I'm sure you'd agree that Simba is the best defensive SS in baseball, Mike?

Haha nah. That's a punk move. As we all know sports is a ride or die thing. I've loved the Dodgers since I was a kid and was lucky enough to be there for Game 6. It hurts and I know at points we beat ourselves (I.E. Game 2 and 5), but in the end the Astros wanted it more. Well played fellas.
Are you the guy that works for AEG?

So I went to work today after all, actually slept like a baby last night.

Did any of you local yokles hear that dude on 105.3 fm this morning talk about wanting Darvish back on the Rangers? Talk about denial, wow...

I smell conspiracy. Darvish was a Texan all along after the trade. We need to see if his address in Texas is still good so the Dodgers can protest the game.

I think he has HOF defense.

I'm just not sure about his ultimate hitting potential.

That's true.

He could simply retire.
