Let's say the Cowboys have one of their best seasons this year since the 90's. And that season would include a top 5 offense and a top 5 defense.

Moore and Richard are pursued hard for head coaching jobs.

Dallas would have to make someone head coach in order to keep atleast one.

Who do they make head coach? Richard or Moore?

Should we part with the up and coming offensive minded Moore?

Do we part with the defensive minded Richard?

Keep Garrett and let both Richard and Moore leave?

It really is a paradox. Garrett is such an albatross.

Best case, we realize that both Dak and Garrett are holding back a Super Bowl caliber roster and both are shown the door.

Garrett would be in your proposed scenario?

Yeah but we all know he has his hands on nothing besides clapping.

It would be the doing of Moore and Richard.

A blind person could see even in that scenario that there is no need for Garrett anymore.

Only a fool of an organization would hire Garrett because they actually believed he had something to do with success.

But hey if you want a cheerleading motivator then be my guess!

Then you would support Jerry firing another SB Championship HC?

Slow down, I'm still trying to wrap my head around Moore being qualified for the coordinator job!

Precisely!
I question whether he is even qualified to be a QB coach. Maybe I'm being a pessimist but I'm surprised at the amount of posters that are looking forward to him as OC. I cannot see how he is qualified for that job.

To me the aspect of Clappy going into this season without an extension will be interesting to say the least. The organization is at crossroad that will determine if we can expect another 5 years or so of mediocrity or a true commitment to getting to the next level. I'm not optimistic we'll see that commitment.

I'd keep Richard. Opie and howdy Doody can walk.

Best team since the 1990's. Top 5 offense and top 5 defense. My first question is 'Do we win the Super Bowl' otherwise this post is stupid. If we win the Super Bowl we keeping Garrett for 10 more years, per Jerry.
