Wags is a locker-room depth guy. Good guy to add. But a very very short term answer. I think he's ok but fell off some last year. He looked slow.

They have gaping holes on both sides of the line, picking up scraps off the bottom does nothing for this team. When we were only looking for some complimentary pieces anyway, our front office **** the bed. Being short on draft picks this year, we cannot cover everything we needed to.

His injury history is making teams wait. He’s only good for about 11 to 13 games. He can’t be depended on for much more than that.

Cowboys, like they always do, will use FA to fill holes. So they will sign people. Pay attention to the players they sign. Those will probably not be the positions we draft on day 1 and 2.

exactly. The 2 jackasses went on vacation which tells the entire NFL world, they are either clueless or they purposely don't care about bettering the team on the field. They run this team like the family piggy bank and hobby, instead of a football business and team.

I like D'onta Foreman and I like the talent of Dobbins just not the injury history.
Calvin Ridley is still available, so that would be good add.
If they do decide to go tackle Tyron and Bakhtiari are interesting adds.
There are some edge rushers still available for our rotation.
I would definitely welcome DJ Reader to the team.
At linebacker, still got White, Kendricks, Wagner, and David available. Also, some other bodies that would be an upgrade to the current dire situation at the position.
Could always add some vet depth at CB.
Still Safety help available if they feel we need it.

Lot of the popular names remaining have one foot in the football grave or come with a rash of recent injury concerns.

That being said, I think you could get a LB, a RB, or a DT in here for some depth and leadership if nothing else. Crossing fingers at this point.

I would be happy if they sign a "good" LB....I hope that ship hasn't already sailed!! But, I'm afraid it will most likely be a JAG signing.

Here is the problem..............we need 5-6 starting level players...........you are lucky if you get 1 or 2 out of your draft class.

Where are the other starters coming from if they wont even pay $4 mill for a starting RB???

I don't agree. Last year, we re-signed Hankins then drafted Mazi.

Dallas likes to sign place-holders that makes the Joneses feel like they don't have to force a pick. None of those players are valued highly enough or cost too much for the team to not turn around a draft a replacement.

A good example of this is James Washington. Dallas traded Cooper and lost Wilson in free agency and then signed Washington as a cheap FA. That didn't keep them from drafting a WR (Tolbert) in the third round.

I think people think we missed out on the top tier, but go to the PFF FA tracker. Some positions are completely wiped clean. There’s hardly any LBs at all, forget top tier.
