Would really suck if the Skins or Giants go to the Super Bowl

Those are the only four teams I have ever hated.

I know the Giants hate us, but I've never considered them more than a divisional foe. I guess it's because most years that we were down, especially in the 80's, I would always pull for the Giants against the Commanders and Eagles in the divsion.

That is probably part of it.

I also think maybe the idea that the Giants have had classy owners and maybe part of it was the idea that Landry was with the giants at one time.

I was late getting to work today, and I was watching ESPN. I noticed that the analyst were both picking the Giants and Skins to win their first game of the playoffs.

Realistically, I think both teams have a shot to go to the Super Bowl. In that fluke game against the Seahawks, the Giants' kicker missed about 50 gizzillion field goals.

Man, it would really suck to see the Giants or Skins go to the Super Bowl, of which I think the Giants have the best shot.

Thoughts?

I'm pulling for the Giants to go to the SB. I have no ill feeling towards the giants as I do the skins or eagles and I think the G-men would represent the NFC East very nicely

Gints and Patriots...Makes for great parties here in CT...Were right in the middle.

I'm going for Colts/Giants and would like to see Payton get his 1st SB. Like you I wish we were talking about the Cowboys but that is football.

I can never root for a Rival to win it all.

I hate the Giants, mainly because I post on other boards that NFL Specific, not team specific, and have had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting some of their fans.

I know everyone has some reason to dislike other teams. I live in Houston and can't stand the Texans and before them the Oilers. As for the Giants there has always been a Cowboy/Giant connection such as Landry being a former player and coach with NY as well as some other close ties which is why I have never hated the Giants like I do the eagles and skins.

I would just keep the stress levels low that weekend and just hope the winner goes down in the Super Bowl.
