If nothing else, Parsons would be a great linebacker even if used sporadicly as a defensive end!

An established QB yes, a draft pick no.
That’s the gamble. An established QB isn’t likely to be available and cost a lot. A rookie is a huge gamble but is cheap. The majority of first round QB’s never become elite QB’s

This is not Fantasy Football draft people. Who is a franchise QB to draft now? It is unpredictable and doesn'tt always translate to the next level. Fix one problem, create 2 or 3 other problems will have more negative impact.
BTW, has anyone seen impact from our #1 draft pick?
There have been a lot of QB’s taken very high that were busts and even more that were only avg. it’s a huge gamble and I think bigger now than ever because college schemes are so WB friendly today that lots of guys look good

Until this team fixes the QB position, everything else is almost irrelevant.

The offense was significantly dumbed down to accommodate the limited skills of the QB and reduce his league leading interceptions. The QB still managed to give away 3 interceptions, 2 of which were absolutely horrible throws.

Yes, I'd trade Parsons for a franchise QB. Hell I'd trade Parsons and CeeDee for a franchise QB.
I would gladly trade them both for the number 1 pick overall.
Only a fool would take the deal, might have to leave Dak out of the deal to make it work.

If you are going to limit him to being an edge rusher his whole career absolutely. They fell in love with the sack numbers/pressures but the two teams at the top of the conference are built to neutralize that skillset.

For instance if Carolina calls and offers us 1 or 2, would you offer Micah to climb up to get one of the top Qbs of this years draft?
Short answer...YES.. he's not gonna want to be here much longer anyway.

No,No No. Drafting a franchise QB is a crap shoot, just ask the 49ers,Eagles Jets, Rams, etc.

If I knew it was the next franchise QB. Yes, obviously, it’s a no brainer.

Yes ! Parsons career will only be 5-7 years. QBs can be 10+

Franchise QB or just a high pick? No way I trade him for just a high pick. Even with the bad game, Parsons is a proven commodity. High pick doesn't guarantee you with anything. We could end up with just another Carson Wince or Baker Mayfield.

In a heartbeat.

I think Parsons is overrated to some extent.

If the opportunity was there to draft an obviously strong QB, I would definitely do it. You have an ace QB or you don’t succeed. It might actually be worst case scenario to have a decent QB like Dallas does, because then you never get too draft picks and stay stuck in mediocrity.
