Wow... one loss and people are going nuts

Were you aware, Sir, that the Dallas Cowboys have not won a playoff game or Superbowl in 13 years? Yes, since 1996. People rarely mention this trivial fact but perhaps you can now understand how important this playoff loss was.
Good Day.

Are you aware that some teams have NEVER won a Superbowl?

Umm when the ball is well behind the receiver well then Houston we have a problem...
Well we all know he isnt the most accurate QB.

I'm almost done with this forum. The reaction to the latest game has been wildly disproportionate.

Sure you could show me a 100 bad throws on any given Sunday. But just about everyone on this website doesn't care about those. This is about Romo and the careless throws that he makes way to often. I used the "charades and emoticons" to make light sure. But like I said I wore my Romo jersey last night and will again next week because I am a fan, just not a blind one.
I'm sorry, but you are blind if you think Tony Romo is going to ever be perfect and will never make a bad throw or that other QBs do not make the same mistakes he does. That is my issue with the hand wringing hysteria, the practitioners of it lose track of all rational thought processes and babble.

Stick with me man.

This forum is simply amazing after a hard fought loss by 2 points to a recent #1 seed and Super Bowl champion division rival.

If we had just replayed the Philly loss, it'd be understandable. But I can see how some people would want to "quit" the forum after this reaction. This is absolutely ********.

It will be gone once Penn State destroys that feeble team this weekend.
No, it will be gone when I have paid the debt I owe for a friendly wager with a Hawkeyes fan on this site. I'm not a fan. I lost a bet. Talk about stuff you know about.

I have no idea what that would be.

Pats aren't complaining about Brady looking scared in the pocket vs. the Jets and releasing the ball and throwing it out of bounds anytime anyone got within a few feet of him.

No, I"m not saying Romo=Brady. Just saying everyone has bad games. And you can all stuff it if you don't believe in Romo anymore, because I still do. /end cheesy rant

erickb, you show perspective and a level head. I'm not saying you might be outnumbered around here, but I did see this on the Cowboyszone front door.

It's the extremism both ways that gets me. When we win, we're the best team in the NFL, everyone else sucks, Romo is a top 3 QB and nothing can stop him. When we lose (on a last second FG nonetheless!), we have to get rid of Romo, fire the HC, overhaul the team, and start over.

Yes a bad throw is understandable.A complete choker when it matters is a different story. Stop and think for a change or just sit there and stay blind to the facts.

one lost and people are going nuts, I thought it was a good football game some bad bounces here and there but over all a good game. I am a Boys fan through and through 31 years now (since I was 4) but I guess I practice what I preach, I tell my kids a loss just shows them where they need to improve and to leave it on the field.

Anyways I just thought I would type all of thei because I think it is funny how mad people get after a loss.

Have a nice day :starspin

It is not just a loss, it is the way we lost.

Same old crap - different year.

Wade not bringing pressure on that final drive.

Points given to the other team - this time by Romo and Felix

No creating any turnovers.

Stupid mistakes

Bad calls and bounces

It is getting old!

Just fire Wade now - I don't really care at this point

The way last year ended had a big effect on me as a Cowboys fan - another year of this and I really don't know where I will be!

right. based on last year's stats, that was Chad Pennington. Should we go after him then?

it's not that they lost it's the way they lost, once again this team found a way to beat them selves something they've been doing far to much of.

This team would be really good if not great if they could just stop shooting them selves in the foot ALL the time but they've been doing this crap more or less since 06 so it's becoming pretty obvious that's never gonna happen with this group, that's why people are pissed this wasn't a 1 of game it's how we lose every game :bang2:
