He is saying that we did improve this year from last year and that the team has a bright future. Sorry that doesn't fit with some people's "The more pessimism the better" attitude.

In fact, what I hear right now is that he now knows the players and that they'll evaluate how they can improve things. Sounds to me like they'll make some moves now that they know what they need to do.

As a side note, Wade's defense really shines in the second year. So if Roy sucks next year, he is gone...

well i'm somewhat warming up to the fact that he'll be back next year the thing the worries me is that he's seem totally clueless to the problems this team has had since the 2nd half of the GB game. Hopefully he's not and just choses to address them behind closed doors guess we'll find out
